- Faculty is good especially biochemistry explains with depth
- Library is great especially their web library is nice

- When I have joined in the college principal was very good to students but as new principal has come it is quite different
- Labs are small with not much materials and tools
Course Curriculum Overview :
The practical knowledge I could say is good enough to gain knowledge in this field but compared to the btech biotech BSc includes comparatively less practical training. We were only given glimpse and theory of specific experiments due to unavailability of certain equipments. Exams are however manageable to certain extent but comparing to other life sciences this course is bit difficult to deal with.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
Tuition fee varies for different courses for my course BSc Biotechnology it around 44000 per year which is manageable as my house is near to the college I don't know if they provide transport but mostly it is not available. Campus drives also happen but mostly for computer science students for our course there was no placements this year however one can get into lifesciences campus drives which usually pay them mere 15000
Campus Life :
Every year ANNO FEST occurs in the campus which is quite refreshing to the students they will be held usually in the month of December in the evening of Christmas. As I said earlier, library is accessible to everyone and students will be given library cards to keep the books for the given time. Almost every class has the projector to visualise the concepts better, extracurricular activities are also encouraged to an extent including sports.
Admission :
Eligibility is simple for this course and no exam is needed to get into this course, one can avail the application form from their website or can directly approach the college for the application. It would be better if the admission process included the other expenses
Faculty :
Biotech dept consists of 2 faculty members including a lab attender same is for biochemistry dept chemistry consists of usually 4 faculty according to the units. Teachers do mentor students in many ways like about the careers and colleges. Teachers are lenient enough to approach excluding few teachers who are rude most of the times, like the teachers in any college.
