Course Curriculum Overview

4.5

My course is BBA.LL.B and am very happy for that college they have proper faculty for that course. Chander Prabhu Jain College of Higher Studies and School of Law is very good and very impresive ranked in Delhi for law colleges. It comes in top 3 of the IP University Law colleges. CPJ college have very good opportunity of internship and the placement they provide to the students and help them to enchance their knowledge and skills and to achieve something in the law career. CPJ college helps students for do good in the law career they provide LLM also in the college, and they motivate you to achieve good in the future.

Internships Opportunities

3.5

College provide internship opportunity to the students and the college faculty helps the students to get the internship. College have tie up with the different different companies and the law firms for placing the student in their firms. Global Vision Law Firm, Supreme Court Advocate- Amarjeet Singh they recently recruit many student from the college for the internship and help them to enhance skills in the law career. They all have tie up with the college and they hire the student if they found talent in the student then the firm will give some stipend to the student which is approx 15k. In the internship and placement they ask for the various project and they teach them how to prepare project file report and case summary.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees structure is liittle bit high accourding to me, but due to private college the fees looks reasonable and their competitor college have almost same fees. The college provide the scholorship and government provide financial assistance scheme to the poor students. It helps students so much and students can avail these scheme in the college by cordination with the faculty member of the college.

Campus Life

5

The campus life is quite good the campus is not so big but enough to spend free time with friends and the locality of the college is very good mostly everything is near to the college campus and the annual fest which name is ANUGOONJ held every year and it is very special for the students they prepare for the fest 2-3 months earlier before it starts. The college has two library sections one for the general course and 2nd for the law course. The library consists of most of every book related to the course they provide. The classroom has all the facilities that student needs classroom has AC, a projector for digital classes, a board, and chairs for students. Colleges celebrate annual sports day in which student participate and show their skills in sports but they have fewer sports facilities. College-run NCC camps for students and help them to improve the social life of the students.

Admission

To take admission in the Chander Prabhu Jain College student need to gave the CLAT exam and the student must register their application in the IP university admission site. If they register there then they can take the admission in the college and my marks is 57 in the CLAT and i easily get admission in the 2nd Couselling and the process is not so complicated. If you want to find the application form and application fees and dates then you need to regular visit the IP University for check the details. I didnt get admission by the reservation but the college have reservation benefit. My CLAT exam held for 3 hours and it have 150 question. The exam is quite difficult but very intetresting subject question is asked in the exam. The college should improve in the application form they take very long time and waste so much time to ask dumb question.

Faculty

4

The faculty is very good and very cooperative. Am a law student and my faculty most of done the LLM degree they clear the post graduation and some faculty are studied from the high ranked college of India. The faculty are very good and very friendly they treat student like friends and they guide them for the better future and they enhance the knowledge and the skills of the students.

Being very passionate about law it brought me closer towards the subjects i thought I'd never like. It's vast curriculum has made me like a lot of subjects and has also given me a real life applications and further academic achievement however I feel like the curriculum should focus on law subjects from the very beginning and teaching could be improved by further interactive session between students and faculty.

There are not as such campus placements but the students secure ppos from the law firms. Majority of the students do not go for corporates as the field diversified in judiciary, litigation etc. The placement cell is working hard to bring in companies for hiring.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum is very much practical knowledge based and helps the students to grow there legal reasoning which helps them to prosper in the profession. Also it helps them to read and correlate the real time judgements being passed, this curriculum prepares the students to understand the reasoning behind the judgements. Though the curriculum is practical knowledge based it still requires many improvements as these case are old and some of them are even overruled, also the we have to write very long answers which needs to be changed as new methods like ooen text book exams can be adopted to improving.
