Course Curriculum Overview

the course curriculum is good.the frequency of exams is good but the timing needs to improve a bit. The exams sometimes are near festivals which leads to difficulty for student. the overall experience of mid sems and final exam is good.

Placement Experience

The placement rate is quite good and the average package offered is 12LPA. it could vary for different branches and courses.the highest package offered was around 45LPA last year (as per by internet).

Fees and Financial Aid

There is scolarship facilities for sc/st students.there is a scholarship department in the college itself.the fess is 4 lakhs approximately for 4 years of engineering (excluding hostel and other expenses).

Campus Life

the overall campus life is really good . The canteen is well maintained and the environment is also really good. The varoius clubs are responsible about their activities. the library has wide range of books.

Admission

The admission is done on the basis of either your 12th result or JEE mains entrance exam. you can get admission by applying on mp councelling. The admission process was quite easy going and less time consuming .

Faculty

The faculty's credentials and their approach to teaching is very effective and prominent. they use technical equipments for teaching students.they also mentor students for various activities and encourage students to participate in them.

SGSITS: JUST A BIG BRAND

Placement Experience:

At the end of 2nd year, companies like goldman sachs comes to take interns. For placements students become eligible from 6th or 7th semester. In recent years goldman sachs is the biggest recruiter, oracle and Deloitte have also recruited, other firms like tcs and infosys also come. Giants like Amazon and google have stopped visiting since few years. Last year highest package was 72 lpa to an ece student. Average lies around 8 lpa. In tech branch 70-80% students are placed. In lower branches 50-60% students are placed. My plan is also to get placed at a decent package after completion of course.

The college have good placements as far as I got to know. The highest package was 8500000 lpa last year and average package was 1900000 lpa. My plan after the degree is to get god job in ECE cire company.

LIFE IN MITS-DU

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible from 7th semester to get placed and many companies visits every year for placement and approx 60-70% students gets placement every year.As per my knowledge there is no company which has made no offer.Average package is about 6-7 lakhs per annum.My plan is to take good package from on campus placement drive.If I am unable to get this then I will try for off campus placement and I also want to do MTECH after graduating.

A campus of learning, friendship and future prospects

Placement Experience:

Campus Pl start from the 7th semester with good companies visiting for core branches popular recruiters are tafe eichers, CG power, Disa. Cognizant and Infosys for the IT roles also. The average package is up to the 6 LPA. After completing my degree I am planning To join a good company of the mechanical branch which helps me in building my career in the core engineering field.
