- And when we came about the studies and the cgpa you can easily maintain 9cgpa of your a above average student cause college have 60% internals and 40% externals this will use a lot

- The college wheather. The wheather in Chennai is so bad if your from north india then you suffer starting of the days in college
Course Curriculum Overview
The course I took is computer science with a specialization in cloud computing but it doesn't matter anyway you will have the core subjects the same and from 6th sem you'll have 2 subjects different than the core which will have based on your specialization. And to be honest, college will not teach you anything you have to learn on your own on coding if you depend on college then you might be in trouble so don't depend on college to teach coding. And the exams are also not hard if you start studying before 1 week then you can get good grades.
Internships Opportunities
Let me be honest with you I just completed my 1st year and I don't know the total information about the internships. The internships start from 3rd year and some of the internships are provided by the college which is so hard to get so I suggest you try from the outside of the college on your own.
Placement Experience
The placements are going well in our college you can maintain a certain cgpa to sit in college placements. For some companies, it might be 7 cgpa, 7.5 cgpa, or sometimes 8 cgpa also. And the college placements are 100%, if you have any plans after the degree then also it's fine because the college is certified by NAAC.
Fees and Financial Aid
No tution fee will not increase it will be fixed when you have done your addmission it will be the same till graduation. My fee is 4L and the hostel fee will depend on you on which hostel you choose it will be around 1.3L - 2.4L. If your rank is good in the entrance exam of SRM then you'll get a scholarship according to your rank and it contains - a free seat, 75% concession, and 50% concession. It will be according to your rank and to maintain the scholarship you have to maintain your cgpa around 9cgpa - 9.5cgpa. If you don't maintain then you have to pay the full fee from next year onwards.
Campus Life
You can connect with so many people. In college, there are so many clubs on different different perspectives you can choose which one you wanna join. If you have any interest in curricular activities then you can choose dance club, music club and so many if you're interested in coding investments or trading so many clubs you can join. And there are so many college feasts will be happening in college so you can experience every kind of activity in college.
Hostel Facilities
Hostels are pretty average if you want good hostel then you have to pay more money around 2.4L which is more in my opinion. And the hostel food also not that much good don't expect good food it will average . Hostels start from 1.3L . If you don't want to stay in hostel then you can rent pg or room outside the college there are so many flats and pg's available outside the college and the price of the rooms and flats are reasonable you can choose whichever you want
Admission
For college admission, you can go through the SRM website, there are 2 ways to get admission one is a management seat and another is merit-based on the SRM entrance exam. They change the fee structure for every year better you go through college website and make a call to the college for the information they will provide you.
Faculty
And about the faculty you can reach out approach the faculty at any time if you have any doubts on your particular subject if you having any problems then you can approach your faculty advisor who as allocated for you till graduation.
