Remarks

There are both good and bad things, the good thing about facilities available here bad things to maintain good academics

Entrance Preview

Good reputation, high technology usage, computer labs, a separate laboratory for microbiology, plant tissue culture, enzyme tech, chemistry lab, and 4 more labs for the Ph.D. student, faculties, play court. The good teacher only 30 students per batch so personal attention to each kid is possible. Bt syllabus need to be changed, irrigation to students mind, mental torches to all

Course Curriculum Overview

2.5

The course is very very difficult but will help you in long run, the faculty doesn't easily give mark so it's quite difficult to pass in all subjects by passing is must this give high pressure and mental toucher. course needs to be revised. Each semester has an at least 5-7 subject that's around 250 credit. the difficulty level is High

Internships Opportunities

Yes we can do an internship in college itself but very people choose to do so as we all have experience of our college lab.no stipend is given

Placement Experience

0.5

No placement no job opportunity is available here, students have to find there own way out, No campus interview is available here. By chance any company approaches not all students are given equal opportunity. Faculties may help you to guide to approach a company by recommendation but as everyone knows recommendation for good student only.

College Events

1.5

One day before curriculum starts the Fresher party is given by senior to New commoner small introduction session is given to fresher and one who performs well is given Mr and Mrs fresher. In months of February, days are celebrated like a traditional day, mismatch day etc along with weekly test and curriculum No celebration.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Students have to pay a fee at the beginning of each new year 60,000 for open category and OBC and just 10,000 for Sc/St. Ya, so it's quite expensive for open and OBC. No scholarship available. external examination fees have to be paid each semester that cost around 1000 per semester

Fees and Financial Aid

No, no scholarship available. college doesn't provide any financial help to students. Students themselves have to be alert if any government policy is available or not like only girl child, backward class scholarship etc

Campus Life

3.5

Campus life is very tiring morning lecture start at 9 am to 5 pm. Each lecture 1-2 hours with 5 min breaks. Girls ratio is High 3:1 girl to boy ratio. students are not involved in any extracurricular activities accept some internship. Labs are good with all chemicals available and easily accessible to students each lab has lab technician available

Hostel Facilities

2

Hostel life is adventure one room there are 4-5 ppl adjusted having fun at Pune University hostel it's cheapest in rate. No mess available students have to go other departments mess nearby no canteen available here students staying in hostel mostly join dabbawala who provide food dabba during lunch

Alumni/Alumna

Yes alumni and senior students are helpful for that junior need to be interactive and increase their network

Exam Structure

Exam structure is worst, exam timetable is published 1 week before the exam and one day one or more exam is taken without any gap between exam.no time to study during the exam period. Exams are done within1-2 weeks. the external exam has 50% and internal exam has 50%of marks internal exam on each Saturday.atleast one internal test a week.

Admission

I cleared entrance exam of IBB and called or admission process to be followed within 2 days literary 2 days or else seat will be given to next, so under pressure, I took admission by paying fee 60,000 which was nonrefundable Even if u back off next day,

Faculty

2

Internal faculties are members of 6 well high profile teacher with each subject specialist,2-3 external faculties which are very well-known reputation scientists in society teacher particular subject. Good faculty but administration department that is making an exam schedule, mark distribution, printing results on time is not at all good.

Placement Experience:

The placements in the GIPE are decent. This year the highest package offered was 18 lakhs per annum by Deloitte and IDFC FIRST Bank. Although the placements are not 100% but it's around 60%. Students need to work hard and score well in aptitude test and they should start the preparation from the second semester onwards so that they can easily manage their end semester exams as well as the aptitude test. The average placement package is around 8-9 lakhs. My plan is to get a corporate job and gain some experience and exposure in the corporate world and learn how the things actually work. Many companies that come to the college are looking for data analytics role. The ratio of the companies looking for consultant, risk analyst is less based on market demand and other circumstances.

From the third year of bachelor's degree and last year of post graduation placementors are comes to offer you jobs as per your qualification. One of my college student got placed in google with 43 LPA package , many more companies like lupin, cipla , vedanta , wipro etc. Are the most likely placements students love. 90 percent of students got the jobs from placents , and remaining students prevfers civil services and government exams to make career in. If anyone not got placed then college look forward to deal with local companies if students agreed with it they gets placed . After my degree if company gives me the best package I am looking for I would join the company.

Placement Experience:

By the end of sem3 itself, the postgraduates are deployed into interviews for certain internships. But if you are with good academic scores and knowledge you can even get directly placed. Every individual is given 3 chances by the college to get and crack the interview but if the student is not able to then he is guided to where to apply but mostly ICRI makes sure everyone is placed as the college proudly stays with its 100% placement tag line. As I told here there are varied background people here with different needs of roles, the highest package I have seen getting is 15L pa to the lowest of 3L pa which even depends upon the company to your broad spectrum of knowledge. To specify which companies come here for recruitment are sun pharma, Cipla, and many more there are all 20+ companies that come and hire the intellectuals. To specify about me I am planning to get a CRC post as a start for CRA in the future.
