Teaching quality of my branch was very good
All the faculty of my branch were very supportive
College focuses on both studies and extra curricular activities

Dislikes

The campus was so big and we need to walk almost a km to reach our department
Parking facility is not good and it should be redesign considering all aspects

Course Curriculum Overview

The main aspect that influenced me to choose this course was the designing part. I love designing and civil engineering is the field that deals with design a lot. The curriculum provided by the college for this course is so subtle and appropriate that it does not put a burden on students while studying. More field visits must be carried out to improve a better understanding of the concept.

Class Size: 54Course Fees: INR 69000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

The tution fee is 125000 without any scholarship and with a scholarship it falls around 69000 for a year The complete cost of KY education was around 300000 There are various scholarships like ews and OBC. Sc,not, tfws available for students. I have undertaken the responsibility of being the president of CESA i.e civil engineering students association

Campus Life

There are two main functions held on the campus The first one is maffick which is for all the engineering branches held in the month of April or May And second one is an individual Event of the department and in my department, it was CESA which was held in the month of March or April Our library is one of the best and big libraries among various engineering colleges it provides almost every book and journal you want It is 3 Storey library with a computer system as well Campus offers various sports events like cricket tournaments football tournament volleyball, basketball ball , and many more

Admission

You need to have a good mhcet score to be admitted in this college They accept cet scores as well as JEE courses and direct admission is also considered. You can find the application form on their official website with all the details regarding the admission process You have to apply for the cap round to take admission based on your merit

Faculty

The faculty of our branch were extremely talented and their approach to teaching was very good as they included practical knowledge Along with theoretical so that it was understood well The faculty properly uses iot while teaching for better understanding. The faculties are very supportive and related to any query you ask them.

Why I Chose PCCOE: A Student’s Perspective on Academics and Opportunities

Placement Experience:

For 5th semester students become eligible for internship (stipend based)...And from 7th semester for placements. TCS, Infosys, Cognizant, Capgemini, Wipro, Tech Mahindra – for software roles Larsen & Toubro, Honeywell, Siemens, KPIT, Bosch, Persistent Systems – for core engineering roles (ENTC, Mechanical, IT) Other startups & IT product companies also visit for internships and full-time offers. Highest Package: Around ?24–28 LPA (mainly for CSE/IT students in product-based companies like Goldman Sachs, Amazon, TCS iON, etc.) Average Package: Around ?4.5–6 LPA for core and IT companies, and ?3.5–5 LPA for ENTC students. Each year, over 90% of CSE/IT/ENTC students get placed. Branch-specific placements may vary: CSE usually sees 95–98% placements, ENTC around 85–90%, and other branches slightly lower. The Real Experience: Strengths and Shortcomings of PCCOE

Placement Experience:

The college has a dedicated Training and Placement(T&P) cell and has regular recruitment drives that work to place students in companies where they will be values highly. Each year, 600-700 students are placed from all the branches. More than 300+ companies visit but the ones that hire are limited such as TCS, Capgemini, Infosys, Tech Mahindra which generally are mass recruiters that look for employees that will work for 3LPA or 4.5LPA. The highest packages go to about 30 to 40 LPA domestic and 61 LPA foreign but it is very rare to get a placement like this and requries considerable effort on the side of the student as well. Average package is 7 LPA for CS/IT branch; 5 LPA for electronics and telecommunications branch; 4 LPA for mechanical. My plan after getting the degree is working for 1-2 years while simultaneously pursuing masters.

honest review focusing around accommodations, reality, college life, placements

Placement Experience:

our college has motorsports clubs so if you are in those clubs you will get very high reputation while the placements. one concern you have to consider is that the will have total 3 campus for the placement drives so the crowd is very high.

Placement Experience:

From semester 6 students can sit for internship drives in college. Companies like BMC, Rapid7, TCS, Capgemini, Accenture ,Barclays visit our college, mostly the hire for SDE role and give traning to selected students. Highest package is 61 LPA and average is 7-8 LPA. Percentage of students getting placed vary each year. I am planning to sit for placement.

From seventh semester ,students are eligible for placements. Companies like tcs, infosys, cappgemini, accenture are common for hiring. Almost 60 percent strudents get placed. My plans after degree is placement plus MS/MTech if a good gate score.

The reason here I cannot tell explain here. I choose this college becuse this college select candidate based on the performance on CET. Doesnot take any donation for admission. I ended up picking this college over the others I applied to for a bunch of reasons.
