I chose this Institute mostly because of its affordibilty and that they were offerring mba in business analytics which is not offered by most insitute. Admission process is very simple, there is a online form opened on IIT Dhanbad's offical website after CAT results declaration. Then there shortlist announced around may - june, student has to pay fees within 3 days, the entire fees is non refundable after 5 days. So better choose wisely considering all the factors. After you have payed fees they will ask you to choose between mba general or business analytics if you've applied for both. Otherwise this step will be omitted. In August you'll be called for document verification in person, there you'll have to bring along medical fitness certficate and go to medical centre for thier prelimnary checkup and thier from there to NLHC for Ducument verification, after that you'll have to go to hostel for registration, that will take longer that the process so far. ...Read More

I am studying Electrical Engineering at the Indian Institute of Technology - Dhanbad. The admission process of this college is exactly similar to that of other IITs. You have to clear IIT-JEE Advanced and then apply for JOSSA counselling. The college provides us with all resources to excel in academics and extracurricular activities. The student-professor interaction is not that great but it depends on individuals. The Administration of the college is very strict.
