What Students Say

Likes

The campus is full of greenery, you will like the college atmosphere. Although campus size is not large
Labs are full of equipments and you can do your work properly.
Also there is computer center and a study room in the college campus where you can study.

Dislikes

The mess food of hostel is not good and the hygiene of the hostel is also not good.
The playground is very small in the campus.
Regular faculty is not available in the department of information technology

The demand of IT sector has engaged me to join this course . The syllabus includes the core subjects. There is two times class test in a semester and at the end of semester there is end semester exam. The exams difficulty level is moderate, you can clear it if you study well.

Placement Experience

From the seventh semester students are eligible for placements. But on campus placements are not so good of the college. Many students go for off campus placements opportunities where they can get good packages. 300000/year is the average package of the college. About 60% students get placed in many companies.

Fees and Financial Aid

Tuition fee is 60000/year.the college is government so it doesn't increase the fees on regular basis . The complete course fee is 100000/year including hostel fee and mess fee. Scholarship is provided by UP government, your whole tuition fees will be refunded by government.

Campus Life

The annual tech fest name is AVATAR and also other fest takes place like HACKATHON , Robo Race and Idea pitching etc. The course books are available in library you can get it. The class rooms are equipped with AC, digital board and green board. Sports facilities are moderate in the college. The annual sports fest PACE take place every year and other leagues like SPL and MINI SPL also take place on regular basis. There are many clubs run by students like robotics club, IOT club, students developer club and many more.

Hostel Facilities

There are 3 beds provided in a hostel room. The hostel rooms are equipped with fans, tables ,chairs and almirah for each bed. Meal quality is not so good of the hostel. At the time of registration process in the college you can apply for hostel and the will allot you at that time. If you want rented room you have to travel five kms because town Atarra is away from college.

Hostel Fee: INR 11000 per year

Admission

Eligibility of the course is you have passed 12 with PCM and appeared in JEE mains exam and got 80 percentile in your exam. After clearing the exam you have to be appear in the UPTAC counseling conducted by AKTU.There are two attempts of JEE mains exam.

Faculty

Faculty to students ratio is 60 students per teacher. Regular faculty is very educative and interact with the students on regular basis. While guest faculties are not much educative. So that is the problem where you will not understand the concepts.

Placement Experience:

At NIET Greater Noida students becomes eligible for sitting in the placements from the 7th sem, with placement preparation starting earlier . Companies from IT sectors and others are visiting college. In my batch time the company that comes are JP Morgan & Chase , Razorpay, Juspay, TCS, Cognizant etc.

Placement Experience:

If you are BTech CSE student , you dont need to worry more because they invite good number of companies to take placement , but you need that particular skills to get placed. Almost 40 to 50% student got placement for an average of 4.5 LPA

Great learning and internship Support

Placement Experience:

The students are eligible for placements in the final year. The college offers basic placement training and assistance. Some local and local-level comanies even visit for campus recruitment with average offers. Average package: 2-4 LPA, highest around 9-10 LPA 60-90 percent students get placed. My plan is to develop my skills and attain a good job or go for higher studies after degree.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for setting in the campus placements is from 6 semester. And for internships the students become eligible from 4th semester and the internship is mandatory for every student. The companies visiting the college are quite in number. The highest placements which was offered during the ongoing placement is 44 lpa. And the average packages for company and profiles of a days 7 to 8 LP. The percentage of students getting placements are very good as 80 to 90% students are getting placed. My plans after getting the degree is to get the highest placement

Placement Experience:

Our college IIT bhu provides placement at end of year companies came for hiring students and hire them . Our IIT has 2nd rank in terms of placement in all iits. At the end of 3rd year students became eligible for campus placements. Our college also provide internship in third year companies came for internship in our college. My plans after getting degree is to get a high paying job in india and give financial stability to my family. Approximately 70 percent students get job in placement sessions.

An average college, it is good if you are from middle lower class family

And the highest package is 34 lacks per annum.in the 2025 batch.There are approx about 60% of ye students get placed and some are left In the last of 6 or 7 semester students are eligible to sit in placements In our college the company that visit are finsol , commevault, nippons, hcl , juspay,etc.

Inside Experience of my Time in University

Placement Experience:

Placements are both on and off-campus based. Placements are usually common for both IT and Non-IT students, Technical or Non-Technical. Students become eligible, in their final years to pursue internships or acquire placements. Usually students from Computer Science and Engineering avail more placement opportunities. The Medical Department have more options of Employability. Companies like HCL, Byju's, Extramarks, IBM and other local companies like Stambh Power Systems, Pieinfocomm and others have arrived. But the placement ratio needs to be increased. Off-Campus Placements are more successful. Highest Package can be 8lpa CTC to average package be 2.5lpa CTC, with profiles of assistance and associates. Atleast 30% students get placed on average. My plans are based on Learning in different ways.
