Remarks

Some good points are there as on teaching and helping purpose. While some bad points as on not providing the permission for the gadgets.

I opted for this particular college after getting reviews from my sources as they said that it's a good college for teaching and also getting a good valued job after as well during the study from campus interviews. So for getting a good study along with the valued job, one should opt for this college.

As per my knowledge there are no internships provided for the students and still one can investigate after visiting the campus in detail.

A bunch of Events is been celebrated in our college. Every function is been celebrated in our vvp engineering college also including the engineers day, maths day, etc.

Yes, the college fees structure is almost Feasible for a middle-class family which can easily manage to pay a yearly fee of the college. Also, various scholarships are available for bright talented students.

Fees and Financial Aid

Yes, every semester scholarship is provided on bases of results merit. Every student gets a scholarship on the basis of marks he/she gets in previous exams.

Campus Life

Very well structured and with good facilities. Campus life is much good and one can spend half of a day easily. The gender ratio is almost equal at some boys are more than girls. Also, sports activity days are also celebrated as of indoor as well as outdoor sports events.

Hostel Facilities

Hostel and mess facilities are not been provided by our vvp engineering college but it is possible in near future that our vvp engineering college also facilitates all the hostel facilities for the current students which are from out of the station.

Yes, all seniors are friendly and helpful. All seniors, as well as faculties, are much helpful and supportive.

Admission

Through the ACPC process. As per Gujarat Technical University allows a student to get admission in the respective college as per we choose on the basis of the merits one gets in his/her 12th class.

Faculties are very friendly with the students of the vvp engineering college.

PDEU , a Sweet n' Sour experience

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for placements from the 7th Semester and companies start visiting at that time. The no. of companies that visit are around 30+ and the highest package offered last time was around 25+ LPA. The average package is 7-8LPA. Some of the companies that visit are Accenture,TCS, Infosys, JP Morgan(students got placed from a Hackathon)

Placement Experience:

Placement is there and around 92-95% students get placed every year which is quite good in current economy. Highest package offered was 12LPA which is decent for aa college openend less than a decade ago. Average package is around 6LPA to 7LPA. There is no restrictions in semester in which a student can apply for placement but usually 3rd and 4th year students are the one applying. My plan after degree is higher studies in colleges like Monash etc

At PDEU, CSE isn't that decorated stream as its more of an engineering college related to energy and therefore companies like Reliance, Adani Green, GSFC and others have made tie-ups with it. However, many IT companies too now have associated with our placements cell and average for our stream is currently around 7 LPA.

At GCET , students generally become eligible for campus placement from 7th semester onwards. L&T - 3 offers TORRENT POWER - 2 offers ADANI GROUP - 1 offer ABB - interviewed,no confirmed selection that year TATA CONSULTANCY SERVICES - 20+ offers(open to all branches) L&T offered highest packege for graduate engineer trainee which was 5.5 LPA. TORRENT POWER offered average package of 4.0 LPA for core role For electrical engineering placement varies year by year based on the market in my batch core sector placement was 30-35% and overal placement includint IT or counsultng was 70-75% and remaining opted higher studies,GATE preparation,or government exams. i am interested in renewable energy research and might explore opportunities abroad for higher studies.

My Life at D.D.I.T

The placement are one of the best in Gujarat for chemical engineering as the average package is on the higher side, at 6,50,000 and the highest package has reached 16,00,000. - students are eligible from the 7th semester for placement - some companies that have visited are Reliance Atul Bear L&T G.S.F.C Etc - around 70% of the batch was placed last year. - my plan is to prepare for Gate examination after/around my graduation.
