Likes
- This college is basically for girls , so if you want to be disciplined and passionate in your life then this is the best college i would recommend . We have morning assemblies also which other college may not provide , good infrastructure .
- College provides you with many facilities like a well air conditioned library with a lot of books required for students, 4 computer labs each containing minimum 50 computers each , media lab , chemistry , physics, botany, zoology labs auditorium .
- Well coming to the academics , college provides you with well trained and knowledged teachers , internships , field trips , seminars , guest lecture and coming to exams they are conducted in a very strict manner . No chance of malpractices .
Dislikes
- College is too strict with a lot many rules and regulations , if not followed strict actions will be taken . Chances for debarred and TC would also apply for the same .
- The semesters are completed quickly within 4 months of span but actually a semester should be of a period of 6 months .
- Attendance is that important that you must have 80% attendance and if a students has 65% then she is not allowed to write her exams .
Course Curriculum Overview
Actually i choose this subject because this would help me to appraoch my future goal . The curriculum is well designed that it benefits all the students and of course real world applications are a part of this . Yes we have exams every month i mean mid-1 and 2 , and last the semester . If a student is attentive in class and understands the subject with utmost sincerity then the exam is easy but if in case the student does not keep any hardwork there are chances for failures .
Internships Opportunities
Actually i never choose internships that my college provided because i had my own plans for my internships . One of the popular internship that my college provided is in Brandix a company at Anakapalli .
Placement Experience
Our college provides with placement in many fields , the minimum package offered is 5 lakh per annum . I have heard that maximum almost all the students who hae applied for the placement get placed in any of the company . My plans after getting my graduation is that i will pursue my master in economics .
Fees and Financial Aid
Our college fee is so reasonable and anyone can afford it , for some students our college provides scholarship and helps them financially by donating some amount that is being sponsered . My group is BA and my yearly college fee is 23000 including exam fee . Many companies look forward to work with our college and help our students by offering placement . Every year campus placement drive takes place where eligible students can apply .
Campus Life
As my college is strict we dont get that much time to enjoy , we are mostly be engaged with our academics while we have many clubs in which everyday i mean maximum of 250 days we have club activities done . Our best time in the college is the lunch break where you get a chance to enjoy your life in that 50 minutes . And while coming to festivals all festivals are celebrated . We also exclesior where all colleges are invited for the two day feast and this is best time to enjoy from morning till evening .
Admission
A students must have the required marks in her 12th to get an admission in her graduation . There is and interview in the final round where a student gets a chance to interact with the management . All the documents including 10th , 12th , caste certificate , income certificate and many other documents must be submitted at the time of admission process .
Faculty
The faculty that the college provides are mostly Phd holder well some have pg qualifications but they are nothing less when compared to Phd holders . Facutly interacts with interact with students on daily basis and solve all the queries of students . College also take for field trips and seminars for our overall growth of knowledge and experience . They provide notes and explain each and point so clearly using practical examples . Our teachers some times provide motivational classes to boost us and guide us towards our goals .
