My College Review

I had to do the engineering so I chose the BE because I want to do something big in my life as a successful engineer. The curriculum which we had in our course was good enough to pursue higher education in the engineering field. I would suggest to add extra bilingual subjects like French , spanish , arabic etc. There are minor exams before every semester exam and it is easy to moderate level.

There is no internship opportunities from college side. You have to find it yourself outside or online. You can join some coaching institutes outside for training and projects. After successfully completing the training and building any useful project you can apply for internship opportunities online.

From 6th semester students become eligible for placements. Before our batch TCS used to visit the campus for camus placements. Average package offered was 3lpa and max package offered was 9 lpa .very few people got the job in placement. Others go for off campus placements. My plans after getting the was to go for mtech.

There is no any policy of tuition fee hike. My total course fee was around 2 - 2.25 lakhs for 4 years. 52000 per semester and very few charges for extra services. I used to get state scholarship for OBC category. Firta two years I got 30000 and then for next two years I got 50000. No campus employment I had undertaken.

Annual sports event along with the cultural fest generally occurs in the month of November . We can issue book from library after getting library card issued. Books in the libraries include course book, technical programming books and some autobiographies. Classrooms are equipped with well furnished table cum chairs having long backboard covering the whole class. Many students run their groups like music bands, sports teams like cricket team, basketball team, football team etc. They also perform events at night. We have Vigyan bhavan specially for extracurricular activities like acts scenes and dance performances on stage.

I got admission after JEE counseling in which I got this college in my second round of counseling. You can take admission in this college with your IIT JEE score , it is okay if you didn't qualify the cutoff. Faculty to student ratio would be 2:50 and due to which some lectures go idle. Generally the faculty who teach here are having Mtech degree and also the PhD. We can ask doubts freely with teachers without any hesitation and they also help us alot by giving assistance on call and by whatsapp chat.
