- All the Institutes have their own quality but in COEB you shouldn't look at your fees.
- All faculties are excellent and supporting, their teaching methods are so good.
- The quality of infrastructure in COEB is great. Both campus and learning amenities are good.
Dislikes
- I think the food quality of college canteen should improve a little bit more.
- The hostel facilities should improve little bit.
- College should organize annual day at college campus.
Course Curriculum Overview
The specific aspects of the curriculum is interest in computer and digitalized era that influenced my decision to chose this course. The frequency and timing of exams along my perspective on their difficulty level is good.
Internships Opportunities
The companies like pregrad, tech mahindra, DLF cybercity, tcs offered internships with minimum stipend of 10000. I have also completed internship under pregrad with App development. In this internship I have completed projects like Instagram Clone.
Placement Experience
From 7th semester students become eligible for campus placements. Surya international, OCCAC tower, Qspiders, Ajatus etc companies visited and gave 6 to 7 offers. The highest package and average package as per company and profiles offered are like 3.8 LPA &3.6 LPA respectively.
Fees and Financial Aid
The tution fees of my college is not much high. A middle class family student also able to study . The complete cost of my education was 2.8 lakhs and hostel fees of approx 2.5 lakhs. In my college government scholarships of odisha is available called post matric scholarship and the amount is 23k.
Campus Life
The names of the annual and technical festivals held are tech fests, annual sports, annual day celebration, New year celebration etc. Yes some of the students run social groups by which we help poor people and children through donation.
Hostel Facilities
In hostel wifi is provided with unlimited data pack. Give good food quality. A smooth and friendly environment/ surroundings provided by the hostel management. In hostel all senior and junior students are living like brothers.
Admission
Generally all 12th pass students are eligible for the course but you have to attend an entrance examination called OJEE in odisha. The application form is available on OJEE official website. The application is free of cost and application dates are finalized on OJEE website.
Faculty
The faculty to student ratio is good. No impacts in our learning experience due to their teaching method and friendly nature to all the students. Yes we can interact with teachers in any time to clear doubts and they also ready to clear our doubts.
Interview Experience
The topics of GD round were social media, how we manage a social event, digital India etc. For admission you have to attend an entrance exam called OJEE after that you can apply for the course you interested and finally here you go.
