- Take it as a joke everything can't be perfect
- Hostel warden doesn't let you enjoy you need to make Espace for that.
Course Curriculum Overview
Abput course curriculum I would say it is 8/10 as according to IIms and top B- school the curriculum is less practical and less industry experience but you will get a lot of knowledge from scratch which is beneficial for non commerce background students.
Internships Opportunities
Companies such as Times of India, talent serve were offering intership but I didn't choose college opportunity in internship, I choosed Apollo Pharmacies marketing department for my internship period, so honestly I can't tell much about internship experience but my friends had mix reviews about that.
Placement Experience
Campus placement of college is good and it's average placement was 4-5lakhs which is justified in current recession scenario. But companies do offer a good package depending on your skills I was placed in Bajaj Allianz General Insurance the pay package was good along with pf deduction and every other benefits but I left the company due to my personal issues. Overall the placement criteria is good in the campus around 300 companies visit every year and students do get selected in multiple companies.
Fees and Financial Aid
In comparison to other colleges the fees structure is very minimal and very affordable plus they also provide scholarship which makes it even more affordable.if you compare to other private colleges which costs around 10-20 lakhs Chandigarh University course affordability is very easy
Campus Life
My campus life was 100/10 The clubs, fests, academic I was totally satisfied with the service of Chandigarh University. Cultural night, fests sports and completions is held regularly, internship opportunities is offered in several companies even they provide in house internship and placement also.
Hostel Facilities
The hostel was preety good along with your friends it is mych easier to survive but food quality and menu was the ine thing that I didn't liked much, I guess after getting ghar ka khana all your life you can't love hostel food that easily and everyone is familiar with that. But registration and affordability of hostel is easy it costs around 120000 per year and you can register on the portal itself for hostel and after reaching the campus they provide you the room, allotted room no. Will be ahown on portal itself.
Admission
I have given CAT as well as MAT and I didn't got much good colleges through CAT so opted for college which was good through MAT process, cut off marks and percentile helped me in getting good scholarships across all the college for which I have received interview calls.
Faculty
The overall faculty is very good they support you very good and getting placement is challenging ofcourse because competition jas increased a lot these days so you need to be competitive and enhance your skills throughout the course.
