Course Curriculum Overview

4.5

The curriculum is good. it matches with the syllabus of INC which will be beneficial for future. The curriculum prepares you for real world applications. Exams are conducted in every 3 months. It is semester system so mid sem exams and end sem exams take place.

Internships Opportunities

4.5

I think the university doesn't provide stipend to their nursing students in the internship. As they are getting first hand experience and they are studying too. If the students are working in the hospital and giving their best they need to be rewarded in the form of stipend to feel motivated. Which is i think needs to be improved.

Placement Experience

4.5

From 8th semester students are eligible for placements. Best hospitals and companies around the area like delhi noida gurgaon come for the placements. I want to give exams for nursing officer. Norcet is the exam I am aiming for.

Fees and Financial Aid

Tution fee is increased 10% every year Complete course fees is 12 lakh With hostel fees 2 lakh per year makes it 8 lakh for complete course Total cost of education rounds upto 20 lakhs. Scholarships were given on basis of neet marks and 12th marksheet.

Campus Life

4.5

Campus life is good. There are many clubs like dance club music club art club diversity club. It provide opportunities for students to develop their personalities. Sports and extra curricular activies are also the best and out of the world here as the saying goes world is here where are you.

Hostel Facilities

4.5

Hostel facilities are good. They provide different types of rooms like 1 seater 2 seater 3 seater. With attached washroom or without attached washroom.with air conditioner or without Air conditioner. Starting cost is 1 lakh 15 thousand for 3 seater non ac the 1 lakh 80 thousand for 3 seater ac.

Admission

Eligibility for course was the student must have physics chemistry biology and english in 12th boards. They must have acored above 55% They must give neet and sharda entrance test The application form is available on sharda university official website. There are no reservation benefits as far as i know.

Faculty

4.5

The faculty to student ratio is manageable. There are many teachers teaching only obe subject. They divide the units among themselves and thus are able to complete the vast syllabus on time. The faculties have excellent and commendable credentials. Their approach towards teaching is also remarkable. Mentorship programmes are also taken place regularly. I frequently interact with the teachers and clear my doubts.

The course is a medical course so yaa i wanted to learn about human so opted for it .It's alike MBBS but a bit easy than that .we have subject specialities like Medical surgical ,Obs gynae,Pediatrics ,Community etc like mbbs only but we need to learn them in duration of 3.5 yrs then we have internship of 6 months. Curriculum is maintained but need to be more realistic as some things are outdated. The subjects we learn are patient centred only as we have to be there for them ,provide care to them and treat them .everthing we read in classes we apply and co relate in our clinical.postings for better learning and experience

Choosing this course was my own decision but after joining it helped me to indulge more in it. It prepares us to face many major and minor critical conditions regarding human beings. Teaching method is usually based on faculty we get. But ours is the best and they examine us in every one month on the basis of some lengthy exams and some shorts exminations.
