Course Curriculum Overview
Curriculum accordingly is quite okay. Some subjects connect you to the real world and prepare you for further interactions as well as an improved body language and communication skills as well as basic human values are also included as a part of curriculum which is a benefit for students to be close to the real world. The curriculum is good but need for an improvement in teaching methods. The laboratories should have the same experiments which theoretical subjects or topics being taught. Also exam frequency is bad it's not conducted after 6 months.
Internships Opportunities
Being a first year student internships aren't available for us. But as we got to know internships are available for the seniors and are mandatory. Good companies like redhat , celestal,stc accept internships from our college hence good opportunities await from second year onwards.
Placement Experience
The placement of our college is good but not much efficient because the packages which the students got from the companies is not enough to survive in this current time.But the main quality of the college is that it focuses on the students from 1 year to improve theor skills ,technical skills for which they also organised many meet ups with alumni,webinars ,seminars and many technical events also. The average package of our college is 4 lacs and the highest package is 8 lacs.
Fees and Financial Aid
Tution fee is quite answerable and not as high as other private colleges but the extra charges for stuff isn't included which is a problem. The scholarships are applicable and is supportive towards students who wanna financially be independent and supports loans for them. This financial assistance of the staff is good.
Campus Life
My overall experience is good .I like to spend time in my college .We can enjoy too much with our friends.The infrastructure is also good.Hostel are very clean with all the facilities provided to us like gym,library and also the quality of the food is also good .The management of our college also organises many events also for our entertainment.
Hostel Facilities
Hostel provides good facilities.The infrastructure of hostel is also very good ,very clean and very protective also.We got food four times in a day i.e breakfast,lunch, evening snacks and dinner.The registration process for hostel is easy . But the mess timings are inadequate.
Admission
Admissions here are through reap process i.e. Rajasthan engineering admission process which takes a normalised score of boards and jee mains if attempted. Also direct admissions are available on the basis of your scores. Cutoff of a min of 80-85 percentile in mains and 70 and above in boards is required.
Faculty
According to my first year experience, I'll say faculty here is very helpful and guiding. They try their best to be close to students and be known to their issues. Mentors assigned take care of keeping the track of their number of assigned students. On an average student teacher ratio is quite unbalanced but it still stays managed here as any student can approach any faculty 24/7 . They are available for issues both acadamically and personally.
