All things cleared about Gbpuat.

Currently i am pursuing B.Sc.(hons) Community Science which is according to me is one of the best course it provide knowledge of textile, nutrition, communication, management and human development as per its departments so thier is too much diversity in this course.

Internship are provided in university itself for ?5000 per month other outside interships are BIS, BHEL, Pradan and many more companies these also provide placement almost all internships are paid with minimum amount i.e.?5000

Campus offers placement after graduation in government companies such as pardan, after mba the placement rate is 100% of gbpuat before doing pg also there is placement but not 100% it's 40% after ug.Average package is 4 LPA.

Tuition fee per sem is ?19000 Mess advance food bill per sem is ?20000 but it is flexible Hostel have almost ?1500 per sem including room rent electricity, water bill, etc If u opt for payment seat if you do not live in Uttarakhand so you have to pay ?50000 per year extra So the total is almost ?400000 per year without payment seat. Icar provide scholarships, freeship is provided by university according to eligibility A total 3 months internship provided by university itself with stipend of 5000 per month.

Events are conducted on almost every festival other events are also conducted good campus life, everything have different societies like dance, drama, cultural, Ecell, etc students have high level of interaction with each other good bonding,etc.

There are 23 hostels in gbpuat for different branches for different gender but there are no facilities in hostel as they are owned by government you are provided with a ceiling fan, a bed and a cupboard and chair, table but they are highly affordable meals are average but they charge very low cost i.e. ?120 per day for 4 times meal.

If you are from Uttarakhand then you can fill out gbpuat entrance form people from Uttarakhand are eligible for both normal and paid seat,you can also get admission through neet in veterinary and animal husbandry, admission through icar and also admission through jee in btech.

The faculty in gbpuat is very well almost most of the professors have completed their graduation from gbpuat only and further studied from icar or izzatnagar gbpuat comes under top 5 ranking agriculture universities which is pnly because of it's teachers and all of them have completed their Phds so no doubt on thier qualifications.
