Course Curriculum Overview
This course is special as it offers so many opportunities in the future and we also have NCC as a compulsory course as well which is very helpful in the personality development and social skills. The subjects in every year are relevant and necessary for us to become great future veterinary surgeons. The exam pattern is like we have 3 internals and 1 external exams at last and I feel like the time given in the internal is very less considering the difficulty level of those.
Fees and Financial Aid
Our fee remains constant for the first 3 years and then it the fourth year is increases but not significantly. As our college is Government Institution so the complete cost of education etc. are low. There are different types of scholarships in our college we can avail.
Campus Life
My overall experience in the campus life is very exciting and full of twists and turns. As I'm a very active member of the Cultural and Dance Club, I've participated in every event that happens in our University. Some of them are Annual, the various Confreres and also the InterUni. We also have Horse Riding and all kinds of Sports facilities.
Admission
We can be eligible in this course by appearing in the NEET test and by online registration which happens in late October and also in February on the official website of our University. One has to regularly check the information bulletin in the site. The cut-off is gonna be really high this year (2024) approx. 640 for general category students.
Faculty
Faculty to student ratio is approximately 1:100 in first year but it gradually changes depending upon the students who migrate or drop or fail. Classrooms are well ventilated and it depends on the teacher's voice whether the students sitting on the last benches can hear or not. Most of the time we can. We interact freely without hesitation with the faculty. They teach interactively and are well educated.
