Course Curriculum Overview
Microbiology is a developing field, Corona made me opt this field. The curriculum includes industrial production syllabus, which definitely gives a pretty good insight into the industrial field. More of industrial and research knowledge could be included in the curriculum.
Placement Experience
Placement opportunities for life science students is very less most of the companies would offer field work. We have to apply on our own for the jobs in life science field. Where as b.com bba students would get placed.
Fees and Financial Aid
When I joined bsc fees was 121000 and we also had to pay exam fees of 3k to 4k every sem. The topper would be provided with scholarship and also single girl child scholarship was also provided. Placements for life science students was less most of the companies would provide only field work which was quite disappointing.
Campus Life
There was no ground which was quite disappointing. Clubs such as dance, science were started recently, students are getting opportunities to showcase their talents and also are going and participating outside the college also. Library was pretty good, sports opportunities were good.
Admission
Didn't write any entrance exam for the admission. Admissions were based on management quota. We can directly approach the admission office and after filling and submitting the required documents they give you the admission.
Faculty
Faculty are highly experienced, most of them have a doctorate degree. Their way of teaching was pretty effective. Are available for frequent interactions and are easily approachable. They are very good at teaching.
