Review for Jodhpur Institute of Engineering and Technology

As it's a private college . I didn't gave any entrance exam . It was done by applying forms . Admission can also be done through Reap exam . Information about the college can be found on the official portal that is at jiet jodhpur.

I enrolled in computer science & engineering in course because of the future value and increasing demand . They focus more on theoretical learning instead of practicals. To improve focus should be on practicals. And we have 2 mid terms and final end term exam.

This year several companies came for internship opportunities for frontend developer, full stack developer , data science roles , software developer many more . Companies were celebal , ideaforage , hireme and also virtual lab programs.

Students become eligible for campus placement from 4th year . The highest package was of 33 lpa after taking admission. Last year percentage was above 50 percent . I will look for software development job roles

Tuition fee is almost 102000 and development fee is 12000 . There is no scholarships provided . They provide annual prizes to toppers to encourage them so that they try good to score hard. The complete course fee is 5.5 lakhs.

There is freshers party and farewell party . Also 3 day annual fest which is very enjoyable and hackathons are frequently done . There are sports team like cricket football and basketball team . Sports events are also done .

Faculty are well educated and very helpful to students. Some of them had completed masters and phd . We can interact with faculty whenever we want . Overall faculty is good , they are always available for students.
