Course Curriculum Overview
The course is mostly theory and I'm comfortable in studying theory aspects. The studies prepare us 30% for worldly applications. There must be more real life projects and demonstration to be improved in teaching method. The exams will be difficult, I am comfortable with the timings of exams
Placement Experience
About placement process or employment, as I'm still in 2nd yr, I heard from seniors that there will be campus interview in final year, only people who crack that interview will get placed, only 2 or 3 students get placement, rest don't get anything.
Fees and Financial Aid
There is alot of hike in course fees, later we only need to pay for few events. The availability of merit scholarship is low, they don't inform properly about scholarships and concessions. Campus employment is less, there is no proper placement opportunities
Campus Life
There will be very few campus events, but when they keep it's really good, mostly 3 big events a year are held. First come first preference, people who reach library first and get books that's it, there is very few stock of books mostly 10 books of each subject for entire college, around 1000+ students are there. There are many clubs in college, the most active club is Rotaract club.
Admission
We can reserve our seat if we want by giving advance of 5,000 / 10,000 according to different courses. We must go to room no 16/17 for admission, there are staff members who provide information about courses and fees. I got concession of 10,000 for my 90% to join 1st year degree, but didn't get any concession for 2nd year though they had assured us about it.
Faculty
The faculty to student there is interaction but few faculty members only focus on their favourite students or their religion students, there is less motivation to Muslim students, Teachers mentoring is good, teaching is good but few teachers just read the slides.
Other Applied Colleges
Christ University | Bachelor of Business Administration [BBA]
The percentage cutoff was 95% and the fees was also high, and SSMRV was a comfortable college for me
