Extracurricular activities need to be improved

Course Curriculum Overview

As medicines and drugs are the main source to cure the patients initially and on chronic stage hence made me to choose this course. This curriculum made me to learn about the wide rande of medicine preparation, research, mechanism of action and detailed and thorrough studies. Teaching method was quit good but pharmacology teaching must be improved, exam timings will be about 3hrs and easy if we prepare well

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 100000 per year

Placement Experience

From 4th second semester students with no arrier will be eligible for placements Aurobindo, Baris, Gv tech, cognizant, Sutherland, many offers are made. Average package per company will be about 300000 About 75percent of students will be placed To be in a reputed organisation

Tution anual fee-83000 Complete course fee-150000 Scholarship is available only for sc and st Good placements opportunity is provided and even training to face interview is provided for the students to face the interview

Faculty

Personalized attention low ratio means that students are more like to recieve individual attention from professor this can lead the better understanding. Higher ration larger in class size might be difficult for professor . Faculty credentials like academic qualification-advanced degree, research experience, industrial experience, professional affiliations. At any time when ever they are not busy we can approach for doubts

Interview Experience

General topics about wealth today, politics etc Application for should be filled and applied and you il get call if selected, or else you can directly visit the college for admission in admission block Via net, youtube and reading books

Golden days era

Likes

The faculty, ambience, facilities were good.The knowledge shared was great
Faculty was very patient and approcheable
The college environment was good at opportunities ,events , and social interactions

Dislikes

Many changes required within the lab facilities and shortage of lab equipments as well
Placement support was good but the salries offered by the employers was not satisfactory.
More practical knowledge related activities to be implemented

Course Curriculum Overview:

Pharmacy was the best option for Bipc students apart from MBBS. My main aim was MBBS,but unfortunaley i couldn't get it. Retail pharma, industrial, clinical had a huge scope which made me to opt for Bachelor of Pharmacy. Curriculum needs more practical knowledge to prove within the real time market. Improvement was much needed with research based programs as it was the major core area for pharma aspirants. Frequency betwween internal and external exams were too short.

Limited events and entertainment activity
Shoes are mandatory. The dress code is very strict

Placement Experience:

The placement opportunities at my college are fairly good. The college has a dedicated placement cell that helps students prepare for recruitment through aptitude tests, technical training, communication and interview-skills sessions, and placement drives.

Placement Experience:

Placements are generally available for final-year B.Pharmacy students, with eligibility usually starting from the 7th semester. Companies may offer roles in pharmaceutical sales, quality control, production and related fields. Package and number of offers vary each year, so I would not mention unverified figures. Likes

Good interaction between students and teachers.

Discipline helps students stay focused on studies.

Dislikes

Force to wear shoes slippers not allowed
The lunch break is too short, so there isn’t enough free time to relax.
No college programs or festivals. the college focuses only on studies.

Placement Experience:

Students generally become eligible for campus placements from the 7th semester. Pharmaceutical and healthcare companies visit the campus and offer roles in sales, production, quality control, regulatory affairs and clinical research. The highest and average packages vary by company and year, usually depending on the profile offered. A good percentage of eligible students get placed. After completing my B.Pharm, I plan to gain industry experience and pursue higher studies or specialize in a suitable field.

My review

Likes

Food availability and other requirements in the college are good
The amount of events they conduct to create about drug free society
They ask us to acquire good pharmacist skills in the early stages

Dislikes

The college is very disciplined. It works very systematically
The college management do not allow us without identity card and proper uniform
The college staff do not permit into the labs without apron

Placement Experience:

All the best company takes the students for interviews. Our Dean sir do his best to make sure every child get the job in the college it self. He is very dedicated towards the placements through his connections

College for the study purpose only

Likes

The college focuses more on academic excellence so if you really want to focus on studies it's best
Campus life is enjoyable , very green and have events. Students get opportunities to participate in extracurricular activities, which helps in building confidence
The faculty members are knowledgeable and very supportive. They will guide you for the future path and your life decisions

Dislikes

Mostly focus is on academics and extracurricular activities are very less
The placement opportunities are very less . They pay very less
The girls ratio is 60 and boys ratio is 40.

Placement Experience:

From 4-2 the students become eligible for college placement No of companies visites for placement are many and that includes Cipla,Sun Pharma, Dr. Reddy's Laboratories Sometimes it is 100% placement for few companies and for some it is 3-4 students My plans include doing m pharma

Remarks:

It has both positive and negative.they have all the extra curricular activities which is required.they give quality food everyday.the infrastructure is also good.the faculty,the students,employees all are good.but they have to improve their transport facility properly.

My smooth path to student visa success

I chose samskruthi college of engineering and technolgy because it is a JNTUH afficated, NAAC "A" grade college with good faculty and labs for Mechanicla engineering, and My TS EAMCET rank matched this college cutoff range.Other options i considered were similar tier colleges in hyderabad. But they are far from my home or the mechanical seats were already filled during the couselling.Samsruthi gave me a confirmed seat through the convener quota. So it was practical and safe chocie for me. The admission process was simple: First i wrote TS EAMCET after completion of my Intermediate,then i attended online counselling,locked my options with the college code(SMSK) and branch as mechanical engineering and finally reported to the campus with my originals for verification and fee payment.For B.Tech,Student generally need to pass intermediate at least 60%. most students prefer TS EAMCET as the main entrance exam. while a few join through management quota based on merit in their qualifying exam.
