Faculty is great teachers are so friendly and helpful
Overall study is good campus is good and big
Courses are good and many practical courses are there

Dislikes

No air conditioning in classes too hot and humid
Attendance issues are there minimum requirements are often not met
Many extra activities in University often strikes and holidays happen

I had very vast interest in fruit crops which made me chose this course curriculum is very real life and practical based Areas for improvement in this course are removing extra courses that are non relevant Exams are quite easy and are appropriately timed

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 50000 per year

Placement Experience

Students become eligible after 6th sem for placements Various agribusiness companies offers jobs and moreover plenty of govt jobs Highest package as per my knowledge is around 1cr Almost 100% placements are their I'll be focusing on entrepreneurship

Fees and Financial Aid

Fee structure is good and semester based u have to pay after 6 months the fee is appropriate and is quite reasonable scholarships are available for minorities students and cover around 50% of the fees moreover stipends are give

Campus Life

Campus life is great and lively campus is safe enou Clean well maintained crowd is good Library is great almost every book is available there Sports and other activities are also very well maintained there grounds are great

Admission

Admission was enterance test based application form costed around 6k application date was around june july ig entrance was quite hard . Admissions process should be more fast and should have proper information centre

Faculty to students ratio is almost 50/1 and teachers put upon a lot of effort to make students improve Teachers are well educated all are doctoral and have a vast knowledge base Interacting with teachers is very easy and all teachers are very good

A genuine review of LPU university specially for agriculture students

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible to sit in placements after 7th semester , there's interview based skill classes from 1st semester , for agriculture students companies like itc agro , dhanuka , corteva visit for in campus placements . Average package for agri students is 5-6 lakhs , nearly 75-80% students get placement offers . I'm planning to do buisness after my graduation or takeover my family buisness .

Life in PAU

Placement Experience:

During last semester students become eligible for placements. Companies visited are Relaince, HDFC BANK, Swiggy, Godrej foods ltd. and many more. Avg package is around 6-7 lakhs per annum. students max dont go for placements they rather go for masters degree. My plans are to become an entrepreneur.

Remarks:

Admission:

I remember that i that time i was young and i have an extreme determination inside me i love my country and it was everything for me as a person i respect army and farmers too much. Tried to crack Indian defense exams but i was fail so then i took my admission in bsc Agriculture the course is not much popular among students but the demand for trained professional in agriculture field is very high

degree experience

well to be honest I have not applied to any other college as i just want do bsc agriculture in this university. but due to my rank i was unable to selected for takinf admission in bsc agriculture. so i preferred this degree over it as due to update academic ( bsc horticulture & forestry consider same as bsc agriculture) which help in making eligible for giving paper of ADO( agriculture development officer) . As to take admission in this university under this degree first u have to give paper CET( common entrance test) on the basis of number optain ranking is given( in this test 11th & 12 th syllabus comes , mcqs. Omr sheets have to be filled at the time of paper. well cuts goes near about 600 rank from 250 on ward as 2-3 councilling are conducted. well my experience about the admission was not so good as i got admission in this program in 3rd councelling....Read More
