- campus size is pretty big and have all facility for extra activities having different ground for every sports.
- has good hostel and mess facility with flexible timings and easy access.

- The placements for B.Sc are not that good and sometimes there is no hiring from our branch.
- There are not much of co curricular programs organised by the college for students
- lack of few chemicals, machines, equipments makes the expermentation hard and sometimes delay in results.
Course Curriculum Overview
I had taken admission in B.Sc. Biotechnology in this university . So, i would say if you are preparing for any exams and want to study your Bsc too than you must go for this university beacause here you can easily get relaxation for yourself during studying. They will definetly prepares you for real - world amd lets you know the every possible aspect for your current degree. They can ofcourse improve the internship facility for the students. Also the the frequency and timing of exams in my perspective is okay .
Internships Opportunities
they do not provide as such any internsip for students . You Have to find the internship on your own. They provide you the dates and the forms for the varius paid interships of other colleges where you are not being paid.
Placement Experience
The placements of kanpur University is very average and the average package is of around 2lakh which is very low. for my branch the students can sit in placements in the 6 th semester of their degree . companies such as Planet Spark etc. visited our college for placments. the percentage of stuudents getting placedis 30%.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fees for B.Sc. Biotechnology from Kanpur University is approx 54,000 and there is not as such hike in the tution fees. Hence , the total fees for three years of degree will cost you 1,00,000 which is considerably low as compared to other colleges for the same course. You can get a government scholarship if you're applying for it. They don't have much of campus employement but if you push yourself hard you can ofcourse get one.
Campus Life
They do organize few fests and all but its strictly for hostel students and the outsiders are not allowed. We have a good library where you can easily find all the books of your need and the facilities and technological provisions within the classrooms are good.
Admission
There is no such eligibility criteria for admission. You can directly take admission in the given course by filling an online application form from their website. There are no as such reservation benefits and mostly the admission is by direct mode.
Faculty
The faculty-to-student ratio is good, and we have professors for every branch, which makes student-to-professor interactions much easier. Most of the professors here have completed their Phd in their specialized branches, and their approach to learning and teaching is considerably good. You can approach to the professors mostly any time during working hours .
