What Students Say

Likes

I liked the vibe of campus as the ever busy streets and lively events kept me entertained
The studying is more or less same as other colleges
There are plenty of clubs to join and large amount of internship opportunities

Dislikes

The teachers can and will reduce marks if you do not have a good relationship with them
There's always ne issues in our college and dead spots here and there that you cannot even call anyone
The amount of work material given is proportional to your relationship with the lecturer

Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum is effective despite a flaw in the enormous amount of work material you would have to study but otherwise the materials are correct and quite useful if you are capable of it , the subjects focus on the upcoming fields rather than fixating on the old ones so you have a better chance at placements

Class Size: 65Course Fees: INR 250000 per year

Internships Opportunities

Internship opportunities are mostly by AICTE-parakh and its subsidiaries sometimes Wipro Intel even microsoft internships are announced by college usually it ranges from a 45 days virtual internship to a 6month on site training program with stipend and incentives depending on your choice

Placement Experience

Campus placements are planned prior list of companies is given and you are given freedom of choosing your company but there are cases where you have sit through the screening process for a company you don't want as the major companies pick their choices within the first 2 days their entry lpa range around 3-15lpa for normal people rarely have there been 1 CR package

Fees and Financial Aid

2,50,000 is the fees I pay but you can get scholarships if you can secure 9 or more gpa in every semester this can be from the beginning or the semester you currently are in. The first year fees was 2.75L for compulsary charges

Campus Life

Milan and aarush are the 2 major fests held by the college aarush targets freshers but seniors can also attend Milan is a nation wide fest meaning anyone with a ticket can enter regardless of their affiliation with college as long as they are a part of a college Many tech fests occur on a weekly basis I can't listen them all as they are countless but if you pick the right one you can make connections to good places

Admission

I got through SRMJEE so as long as you get a rank between 1-20k you have assured seat in SRM, there is management quota and its benefits of paying upwards of 7L to get a seat which I wouldn't recommend for working class families like mine

Faculty

They have enough degrees to teach but no experience in teaching except for a select few. Alot of them will try to sabotage your college experience if you don't act friendly and act according to their whims

Overall Good Experience at EEC

Likes

good infrastructure, clean campus and well equipped classrooms and labs.
Faculty members are supportive and explain concepts clearly with practical examples.
Good placement opportunities, career guidance and opportunities to participate in activities.

Dislikes

The workload can be huge sometimes, especially during examinations and project submissions.
some subjects could include more practical and industry-oriented learning
More campus activities and student interactions opportunities would improve campus life.

Placement Experience:

Students can join job drives from the 7th term. Many firms visit the campus for jobs and offer roles in tech and other fields. The pay varies by firm and role. EEC has a good job rate and gives help for job prep. After my degree, I plan to work in the tech field and grow my skills.

Placement Experience:

An average of more than 90% of rhe students were placed during my term. Companies like amazon, juspay, adobe, hcl, cts, tcs, adp etc came and there are 500 companies that visisted our campus during my batch

Experienced faculties, their constant encouragement to students to participate in seminars, lectures, internships, intercollegiate programs and other research based conferences and activities.
The college had good infrastructure, modern laboratories, smart classrooms, sports facilities and a slate clean campus.
The placement cell, incubation cell, and intellectual property cell of our college are easily approachable and they help in developing our ideas, patenting and registering them.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum covers important subjects such as cell biology, microbiology, biochemistry, genetics, immunology, bio processing, principles of chemical engineering, and wr have hands on practice through pur well-equipped laboratory sessions.

This is the best college overall

Likes

The curriculum provided is really nice and understandable.
It is relevant and is effective as well.
The boy girl ratio is on the other hand a little less as in 45:15.

Dislikes

The way some facilities behave with students is really bad especially in our branch.
Some facilities are too rude and they often don’t want to listen to students point of view

Placement Experience:

Students are open to campus placements from 2nd year onwards. There are many companies who visit such as Delloite, Accenture, Cognizant, TCS, Amazon, NatWest, Nokia, etc. Highest package offered is 42 lpa and lowest is maybe 2-4lpa. Around 90% of students get placed here. My plans is to get a job through campus recruitment. Currently I got an internship through campus recruitment in Cognizant so the recruitment is quite nice here.

Placement Training and Career development at CIT

In my college , I experienced diversed equality and gained more knowledge by training staffs and assessments

Placement Experience:

One thing I really need to appreciate at CIT is its placement training program. The placement team conducts regular sessions on 1. aptitude 2. coding 3. communication skills 4. group discussions and 5. interview preparation which helped me feel more confident during placements. The trainers were friendly and always encouraged us to improve our skills step by step. They provide continuous guidance and feedback throughout the training process. Mock interviews and one to one assessments helped me to understand my strength and weak areas and I work on improvements . These sessions not only improved my technical and communication skills but also boosted my confidence . The placement training team played an important role in preparing me for career opportunities and industry expectation

My bad campus life

Likes

The environment is very good.its very natural atmosphere.
Teaching and facilitys are nice.we can learn very much.
The all facility is near by near .its a good thing.

Dislikes

The management is very bad.they not consider our students.
The fees structure is very different for all students.its too bad.and they decided the fees category is very cheep.
The hostel facility is not good.and also food its very bad.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Actually i like computer jobs. So i selected the course. Its very different one. Mainly programming. But its very interesting and valuable.cse computer science is a very high value course and i have lot of opportunities after completing the course. I.think in this types of course in curriculum they want to include practical sections more than text books.

Likes

The thing I most liked is the campus the infrastructue
There are a many clubs so it's exciting for people who like other things then studies
The opportunities as well the alumini network

Dislikes

The campus is very crowded there are many people compared to other colleges
The category wise fee structure and the increasing fees
Charges for hostel are little more then others

Placement Experience:

As of my information the placements are pretty decent..first the placements used to take place in Vellore campus but I guess jow they have started here as well ..as of my opinion the placement stars from the 7th semester

Placement is very excellent in this college. Nearly all eligibility students get placed every year. Many recruiters are recruiting their employees through this college. The minimum package is 3 lakh per annum.

Paramedicals pros and cons

Colleges which I have applied for was Sree Ramachandra institute in tamil nadu, MGR University IISER But I only got confirmed admission from SRM by writing a medical entrance exam. The reason why I chose this course was because my family friend also joined here for architecture and she said the placements are top notch and it provides multiple opportunities abroad I got rejection from IISER because I failed in entrance exam.
