All about MNIT Jaipur

The curriculum is nice and i personally had interest in architecture, and this course offered an internship in 4th year, a thesis project that provides you a glimpse into real life practices in final 5th year. Exams are held 4 times a year, twice a sem.. one mid sem ans one end sem examination in every semester, and two semesters in a year

Companies that come to MNIT are AMAZON, L&T, WELLSPUN,and many more, i havent went on internship yet because i am in 3nd year and internship is in 4th year, i'll make sure to come back and weite about my internship experience after that.

Placement of MNIT is good overall. But in architecture, placements are very low. 4 lpa average package and 7 lpa highest on campus placements are the statistics. But 95% of students get placed which is a pro of our placement and training cell.

Per semester, fees is 83,000 and hostel fee is 32,000. These are the basic charges of one semester. Scholarships are available for every scheduled cast, tribe etc. economically weaker sections get a major waive by producing income certificate. There is NO SCHOLARSHIP FOR GENERAL CATEGORY.

Annual cultural fest BLITSCHLAG is a banger, it is so much fun and involves many events flagship and club, fashion walk, pronites and everything you need. Technical fest SPHINX offers many coding competitions with cash prizes. Sports fest is MST, is all india based tournament attracting many colleges and even other NITs. Library is accesible, clubs are very active.

Sengke room is privided with a cubboard, bed, chair, table, fan, and light. Hostel also has laundry facility, and elevators for ease of movement. Menu is decided by a student mess committee . Fees is 32,000 including the mess fees per semester. It is quite affordable with very good electricity and water supply.

You have to pass JEE mains paper 2 for architecture. And admission is done through JOSAA and CSAB councelling. Then you have to go for physical reporting before college starts. Its very systematic and everything is in order. Making it easier to navigate the admission process.

Faculty to student ratio in architecture is 1:35 apporx which is great based on a government college. You can apporach faculty members, and they are willing to help in most cases, you can easily navigate your way through the course. Old faculty members have a different approach to teaching due to the generation gap, newer members are more friendly and explain better with references that we understand.
