Entrance Preview

I took NATA entrance exam, NATA is the national aptitude test of architecture. This competitive exams includes all the private institutions of India which provides B.arch course. The course is simple and the profit is that you can give the exam twice in an year and the best score will be counted.

Course Curriculum Overview

The curriculum is up to the mark. The classes are held regularly and the assignments given emphasises on the proper learning and understanding.

Internships Opportunities

The college provide a 6 months training programme in the 8th semester. Students learn under various architecture firms in different cities and get experience.

Placement Experience

There is no placement provided just as any other college. There are less job opportunities but you can work under an established firm or you can start your own architecture firm.

College Events

Aayojan from time to time conducts various workshops, events and activities for both students and teachers where the focus is to extend.

Fees and Financial Aid

There are facilities of education loan and there is academic scholarships for rank holders.

Campus Life

There are more of female students in the college. The male female ratio is 4:6. The campus is not too big and thre are limited students thus it feels like a family. The students come from good families and are well groomed.

Hostel Facilities

The hostel facilities are not too good as their is no ventilation or acs in the rooms thus i will give 2/5 but food of mess Is quite good and hygienic ill rate 4/5.

External Expense: Rs.2000 - Rs.4000

Exam Structure

The college is RTU affiliated therefore there is a university exam per semester apart from that there are semester exams or mid terms held by college itself.

Likes

First Thing is about the campus, it is filled with Greenery and we'll maintained campus .
Second things is about their fests , there will be 2 fests in a year , 1 is technical fest and other is cultural fest of the budget 1.5cr around
Thrid Thing is the remission of the fee scheme which they have been providing for students

Dislikes

First thing is about their buildings , they are very old
Second thing is about the distance between the classroom and the hostel it is nearly 1 km from some of the hostels
Third thing is about their some of the teaching techniques using still the very old way

Placement Experience:

For architecture students its in 10 th sem and For Btech students its in 8 th sem For architecture they are LandT Asian Paints Pinnacle and some other too Packages offered was 14 Lpa 9 Lpa 6 Lpa Highest package was 14 LPA And lowest was 5 LPA And the average was around 7 Lpa Almost 90 percent got placed My plans after getting degree is to get placement and get experience and start on your own

The girls to boys ratio is different as the number girls are more than boys.

Dislikes

The infrastructure can be improved more and developed.

The curriculum is strategically planned dividing into 10 semseters diving the knowledge. there are sessional subjects and theoritical subjects providing learning of all aspects and covering all the required areas.

Life at Aayojan

Likes

the depth and breadth of the programs offered, the knowledge and expertise of the faculty, and the practical learning opportunities, especially in an architecture program where design and hands-on learning are crucial
Aesthetic college campus and green spaces provide soothibg environment
Dedicated and inspiring professor encourage students about the field

Dislikes

Overwhelming course work and rigid schedules
Remote location or lack to do things nearby
Poor public transport connections like buses

Course Curriculum Overview:

Academic syllabus is nice and manageable. Can be improved by adding more practical approach towards it Exams occur semester wise and reviews and jury occurs every Monday and had to be attended otherwise Chances are there that we might not get good marks

cleanliness is upto the marks. frequenly maintaining.
mess and food is not that bad, good for vegeterians
superb infrastructure .(asia's largest lecture theater complex)

Dislikes

compass is in periphery not in center of city
temperature is scorching , specially dry hot

Placement Experience:

after 8th semister almost every students (b.tech, b.arch) are got their placement call . companies like asian paint , l&t , adani, greenko etc come for placement , not everyone get placed in my cource but almost 50 % got their call. in architecture we are not get thatmuch package amount as like other tech cources.

Aayojan school of Architecture review

Likes

It improves talking skills , like we have to explain our design in front of the class, so that helps in improving the speaking skills
Enhances creativity and gives opportunity and freedom to explore with your own design
The faculty itself tells us to explore and go on trips to see different types of architecture of different places

Dislikes

There’s a lot of pressure of the submissions
Workload is way too much and we have to complete it on time
The criticism can shatter your confidence completely

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum is up to date and easy to understand When introduced with new subjects it can get a little tough but you get the hang of it eventually The curriculum is directly proportional to the outside world things so it is pretty helpful The softwares taught also come in handy

Remarks:

It is one of the top architectural colleges we have in west region. I don’t have issues with college other than the faculties they hire but major problem is with the curriculum ( course) which should include more practical knowledge than theoretical knowledge.

Remarks:

The area of the college is not that vast. Its not the college u dream of. You have to work regularly as you work in school. You also get a good amount of homework. Basically you are away from the life you expect. Accommodation facility ie hostel is also not that good.

The college infrastructure faculty and the studies are quite appreciable all that depends in on the student how they take it if somebody choosing a good pocket friendly college then I would Definetly suggest to go for AAYOJAN SCHOOL OF ARCHITECTURE, JAIPUR.
