Course Curriculum Overview

3.5

Actually I choose this course because I have interest in accountancy even tho my maths is not good but I try my best to do it better they provide eg with the particular topic on the accounts show us the real account which will be made in the real business job teach how the account is diff from the real working jobs they should provide with little imps in the main adjustment required instead of teaching which is not required

Fees and Financial Aid

20000 is the fees for baf first year 17500 for second year and 18000 for third year overall it's good for as per the fees taken all the things are included in the fees nothing extra except the atkt money is way to high they take 399 something for 2 subjects I mean it's way to lot for middle class students scholarship seminar are taken many session are done on baf related field and many students too take participation

Campus Life

3

There are alot of functions session done for students development and even normals seminar related to private topic in which both girls and boys were includes the library has book in very less number has to say that whenever I want to refer a book the Library rarely has it they only have 2 book per author for eg if my teacher tells me to refer Manan prakashan so whenever I go there they have 2 books of Manan prakashan which are taken but other students already so I need to wait which becomes difficult for studying the classroom is ok the benches are also good they have a white board there are nss clubs Rotaract clubs and many more clubs for development

Admission

The cut off for baf was around 40-50% I had 69.80 in my 12th so they accepted my admission there was no entrance exam addmission were according to the cutt off % itself all the admission process was done online including the fees paying the after the admission was done I was added to the whtsapp grp of the college and all the further discussion were done there

Faculty

3.5

The faculty is well educated they provide proper guidance with the subject gives notes for the practical as well as theoretical subjects never partial to students teach every students equally and they always have session regarding imps things for a student development well mannered and helpful

Interview Experience

5

No we did not have any exams mor any GD nor any interviews for admission we were accepted on the basis of cut off marks of the particular field we are taking and admission was based on our 12th % marks itself

Placement Experience:

At TCSC placements are quite good as anyone. Even the SOBO colleges and Mithibai don't have placements as good as us. So this is why I always dreamt of studying here because since last 6-7 years, Thakur College placements have gone better and higher.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The B.com is not a very comprehensive and complex degree to complete for someone who wants to pursue his/her career in finance. It can be referred as an initial start or push start for one's finance journey over the years. Also the relevance of B.com in real world is gradually decreasing day by day.

Remarks:

The good thing is that the college was not strict and was never forcing us to study rather it was seeing to it that it gave us proper advice and help us reach more towards my career goal. The bad part would be there were may staff which was very dull and was not kind, and no importance was given to correct their behaviour although it was evident by all.
