Course Curriculum Overview

The course design is quite ok but not very upto date, still using old school curriculum the softwares used for teaching programming are quite old and not so fascinating for students. Should atleast work on using softwares up to date

Internship opportunities are available infact even in the first year college provides a basic internship for students experience. It gets added to your portfolio which is usefull for placements at the end of fourth year

Fees and Financial Aid

Fees is about a lakh but scholarships are available for students but It may take months for scholarship amount to be credited in your bank account. Scholarship are provided by external ngos as well.....

Campus Life

Alot of extracurricular activities are available in the campus ranging from various clubs sports Gymkhana- very extravagant sports are not available but yah indoor sports are available, overall it's a good experience

Admission

The cutoff for Computer branch can go upto 90 percentile but if u are a Hindi minority or other reservative category the cut off may go down gradually. Exams are conducted regularly and level of examsa are medium to difficult

Teachers are highly qualified as each concept is cleared in a proper manner The best thing is teachers provide assistance in each and every issue and provide us study materials and even ample of questions to solve

Course Curriculum Overview:

The part of the curriculum that inspired me to take up this course is definitely applied mathematics as engineering has a lot of math integrated in it and helps the student to improve his/her logic and problem solving skills which are very important in today's job market. Some areas where I'd like the syllabus to improve are NEP related subjects like PPS, Indian Knowledge System etc. These courses are not related to the major but are included because of the New Education Policy(NEP). I feel that most of these courses are a complete waste of time and can be replaced by better courses.

SLRTCE with Great Improvements

The MHTCET conduct exam for colleges in maharashtra for Engineering. It had 3 round for college selection if you got college in first round it had option for freeze or betterment. Aplications dates are given on the MHTCET weebsite itself. It conduct every year for beast colleges in Maharashtra.
