- Professors over here are very helpful . You just do not complete the syllabus but also teaches you life lessons and guides you in every problem you face either in the placements session or even in your academics.
- You will be provided hostel if you do not live within 500 km of the campus or maybe less .Rooms will be allotted according to your needs sometimes when its to rush wardens do not ask you but when you become familiar to them you can ask them to change
- You do not get non veg but still you get all the junk food and must say only sometimes mess food sucks otherwise all the 4 meals are great .We have different fest for every course and the most appealing is APAJI MELA for 3 days Held in campus itself
Dislikes
- Yes. ofcource the strictness over here either to get dressed or to go out or even sometimes for following Vidyapeeth rules .Yes you are only allowed to wear KHADI kurti and pants ,Not even jeans or salwar .We have dress code also for wed and sunday.
- everytime you want to go out you have to ask you parents to send written application for leave by post .You will be only allowed to take 10 days leave per semester .And after the application it usually takes 2 days for verification except emergency.
- Yes we only have TUESDAYS off and that day only we get Wi-Fi facility for whole day otherwise it's 5 pm -2 am and 6 am to 10 am .We also need to pay 2k for wifi for whole year and 1200 approx. for per sem. and also its available on LAPTOP only.
Course Curriculum Overview
Dont know about the other courses but as of i know the syllabus here is not that updated of BCA . Maybe the upcoming batches might be having latest updates but me and my batchmates regret sometimes as we were not taught most of the updated syllabus.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fees is mostly affordable for every course .The latest fees structure is on website. and about scholarships they do have different types of government and vidyapith scholarships which comes every month .You just need to stay updated and check for the elegiblility. For the plcaements I have heard also and most of my all BTECH friends got the placements. and also BBA, MBA students also For BCA there were less recruitment opportunity .
Campus Life
Campus Life is nice.We have FIVE-FOLD activities in which you ca get yourself enrolled and learn something new. Like equestrian ,swimming ,archery and many more. We have fest for every course and the most excited one is APAJI MELA for 3 days happens in the month of NOVEMBER for all students.Then we also different clubs for B.TECH and not for BCA as far i know .Campus is of 890 acres around and we have different departement for every course Has a great infrastructure all around. Mostly every month there are different workshops you can get into .You just need to stay updated .
Admission
I got admission in covid era so at that point getting admission was quite easy but as of now also there are some certain procedure you need to follow and you get will the admission easily by submitting all the required documents. There is an entrance exam for B.TECH and for masters program (only if you are from the other college) . For gtting admission in CS and EE is tough in B.TECH as there are only limited seats but then you get the other specification. Only i dont like is you can't select hostel online as there is not any procedure.All the procedure is done offline except for paying fees and also for buying subscription for WI-FI.
Faculty
As i said faculty are very helpful .They make sure the student understand the concept clearly .Yes they are more focused on completing the syllabus but also simultaneously you get to know about your marks by periodicals which happens 2 times and of 10 marks only and 2 assignments will be given to you and then we have semester exam .You mostly get good grades if you studied well .You can clear you doubts with your assigned faculty according to their schedules. Yes Banasthali's schedule is quite hectic but i must say you wont be regreting getting admission over here for every course. Mostly every professor is quite helpful and solves your issues patiently. The office staff is also kinda helpful whenever you get stuck in any process for registertation or getting enrollment in any course. We also have FRENCH and GERMAN courses in which you can enroll separtely. And the faculty for them also is very kind and teaches very precisely. Overall all the facilities you get here is sterling.
