Amity Gwalior, B.Tech and Hostel

The curriculum has been updated so it has improved since by removing french in third year and subjects like analog electronics in B.Tech. Overall the curriculam is great and has high link to real-world application. there are two exam per semester. mid sem and the end sem. the difficulty of paper is not very high it comes from assignments and resources provided to students.

Due to Reccesion this year The campus placements was awful. only a selct few 3-4 got a package above 10 lacks INR in a batch of 200 plus seniors students in B.Tech CSE. Companies visit here has declined here steeply this year due to lost connection of senior faculty who resigned this year. The tech student had to placed in sales company with utterly low package of 3.5 lpa

Tution Fees-: Rs-99000 per semester for B.Tech(CSE) Mess Fees-: Rs-3600 per month Hostel Fees-: Non-Ac- 55000 per year Ac-110000 per year The hostel comes with sharing of 2 person. No single allotment of room even to seniors Compelete cost- 12-14 Lacks for B.Tech depending on accomodation Please beware of Scholarship it is a trap. I say it once it is a trap College provide Scholarship in form of On-Admission Scholarship. if you score 9.3 above cgpa you get 100% off on tution fees and if you score 8.8 cgpa you get 50% off on tution fees. Once you get a back log or unable to maintain cgpa it is gone and no way to restore it. There is no other scholarsip provided here so please be aware There is no campus employment oppurtunity this year

The Campus life is Great if you are a Hosteller. The Infrastructure is one of the best i have ever seen .The connectivity to local area is great. The library is in a very poor state and closes on 5PM and also it open only on weekends. There is no club in our college

The Hostel are THE BEST!! It has all the neccesary facility a worth and a very very great experience. Mess Quality is Fine. To be Frank you can stay alive by eating it. Registration process is simple but please do it fast as hostel get filled very quickly. Also please prefer AC Room because of high temprature of Gwalior. PG must not be opted because gwalior is a small town Not safe for student who never left their parents home. Cleaniness is utmost priority in hostel

Amity provides direct admission there is no criteria . Also there are no reservaation benefits. The admission form are availaible on its official website and there is no hassle to get admission here. No Application fees for amity gwalior

The Teachers of Mathematics Department are not at all Co-operative and will not listen to you in any manner. They will not try to understand student concerns and blame you for everything. In the Computer Science department most of the Senior faculty left this year(2024). Leaving with visiting faculty which is not at all up to standards of Amity. Only a select few are helping but currently we are in a bad shape.
