- The campus is not much bigger.The is lack of land
- Sports facilities are not upto the mark due to short length campus
- Library is not open for 24 hours. It is only open in college hours
Course Curriculum Overview
Course Curriculum is good but not up to the Mark, there are many loopholes which can be seen also. For example, there is Power System 1 subject which contains both Power System 1 and 2 syllabi. EEE includes both electrical and electronics subjects which makes It a harder branch than others
Internships Opportunities
Both online and offline internship opportunities are provided here. U will get to know the real work experience. if someone is interested in doing an off-campus internship then they can apply for NOC also. NTPC, SBPDCL are the main internships companies
Placement Experience
The college is good in terms of placement compared to other government engineering colleges in Bihar. Around 50- 60% of students got placed. Some of the companies which come to college every year are TCS, SKODA, Q - SPIDER, Countryedu My plan is to pursue a masters after getting a degree here
Fees and Financial Aid
The college is best in terms of fee structure. The college fee is divided into 2 parts Admission Fee and the Exam fee. Admission Fee - For General/OBC - Rs 2830 per year. For SC/ST - Rs 2710 per year Exam Fee- For General/OBC - Rs 3700 per semester. For SC/ST -Rs700 per semester
Campus Life
The campus life here is decent. Due to the short length campus, there is not much more facilities which can be seen here. But there are many clubs like robotics club name DroidChamps, Social club name Hands of Hope, Drama Club name Natyaksh. But the college lags behind in terms of sports facilities.
Hostel Facilities
There are 3 boys hostels and 1 girls hostel currently here. Single Hostel has around 200- 250 students strength. Hostels are best all the facilities are provided. Mess, Maintenance and sport run under the supervision of students mess committee, maintenance committee and sport committee respectively. So the food is great, Sport facilities are also provided. To take hostel one should have to fill hostel application form and hostel is allotted on the basis of availability. The Hostel fee for a year is Rs 59800 per year currently which increases a bit every year
Admission
First of all to take admission one have to participate in jee mains or the state entrance exam conducted by BCECE. After that the dates and letter are releases on the BCECE and the admission board is named as BCECE UGEAC. You can participate first on the counselling process and then on the basis of your state rank the college will be provided. The college of this college is FOR CSE 85- 90 percentile For EEE -75 - 80 percentile For Civil - 70 - 75 percentile For mechanical- 70 percentile
Faculty
First of all the faculties come here after clearing the entrance exam conducted by BPSC. So they are well trained and knowledgeable. The style of teaching is best. They 1 faculty is given for 60 students. Faculties also guide for future goals like a mentor
