Remarks

The management is fantastic and the University is doing an absolutely amazing job at building the careers of so many girls.

Course Curriculum Overview

5

There are two periodical tests each semester apart from the semester examination. The curriculum is most relevant and yes it is practical and fair. You get the essence of each aspect that you can go to as a professional in your later life. There are many subjects that help you gain a lot of knowledge.

Placement Experience

4.5

The placement is very good and mostly all the students get placed. College campus is vast and brings quite a number of companies.

College Events

4.5

There are many cultural and technical feats that take place in banasthali. Apaji is the biggest fest and is celebrated from the 23rd to 25th of November every year. It is the most colorful and vibrant festival in Banasthali and just like it, many many other tests keep your life happy in Banasthali.

Fee Structure And Facilities

On an approximation level, about 2lakh rupees is the fees for the first year, inclusive of tuition fee, hostel fee, mess fee, security deposit. The fees structure is very reasonable in Banasthali and the amenities provided are unmatched when compared to any other universities.

Fees and Financial Aid

I did not opt for any scholarships but there are many many opportunities at Banasthali for students to get scholarships in various different fields.

Campus Life

5

The campus life is always fun. It is a fully residential only girls University. The environment is always safe and secure and there are a large number of extracurricular activities present on campus like horse riding, swimming, aviation, lawn tennis, hockey, gym, and so many more. The school of automation provides the opportunity to work on robotics and the labs are always fully equipped.

Hostel Facilities

4.5

The hostel fee is included in the total fee of the university as it is a fully residential University. The hostels are very comfortable and clean. The furniture is always in good condition and the mess is present inside every hostel. The food is good and not inedible.

Alumni/Alumna

The seniors are always helpful and there is zero tolerance for ragging in Banasthali and no one ever even tries to do it. Everyone is caring and helpful.

Admission

The admission takes place in the first week of July. The procedures complete before the end of June. After giving the test call letters for the orientation are sent out. Once the orientation is done you are supposed to submit the fees and you get about 10 days to join the college.

Faculty

4.5

The faculty is mostly Ph.D. qualified and are extremely knowledgeable in their respective subjects. The classes are taken regularly and the professors are always helpful and highly dedicated with their curriculum being completed within the given time frame.

Birla Institute of Technology - [BIT], Bachelor of Technology [B.Tech] (Electronics & Communication Engineering)
Reviewed on Mar 2, 2025(Enrolled 2025)

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is vast and allows a student to explore all the possible options to take before deciding on one . The field of elctronics and communication engineering allows one to deal with electronics and learn all the possible tinkering with them which is a very fascinating part as all the gadgets possible today were made of them. The curriculum does satisfy this thirst by teaching about them in the class of electronics and electricals and then experimenting in the lab with them . The areas for improvement could be that if a student is interested in a specific field then should be allowed to venture that field throughly instead of sitting in every class , but that is an imrovement for the indian education system as as whole . The classes of every subject does occur frequently and and exams take place every month in a form of quiz or proper pen based exams.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose this course because I like computer science and I can see my future in this course. The current ratio in computer science courses is around 1:5. And we don't have technical communication teaching at present and the college is saying that they will recruit teachers as soon as possible. The student-teacher ratio in all the branches is around 1:3. All facilities are well qualified and teach well but they are not permanent and hence they may or may not be changed next year. There are two semesters in each year and an examination is conducted after each semester. The difficulty level of these exams ranges from moderate to difficult.
