Course Curriculum Overview
They should improve in teaching. They should improve in enhancing skills. Exams are difficult but depending upon the subjects and area of difficulty. It will be very good if we are taught in English. It will be nice if they provide more extra curricular activities for women.
Placement Experience
All most all students get placed in the final years. The highest package offered was 4.5LPA. The lowest package offered was 1.5 LPA. Top recruiting companies are CR, Aqua Green etc. This college has the best placement in Salem.
Fees and Financial Aid
During first year for ST students we paid 14,000as year fee and 11,000 for hostel fees.With the increase in year the fees decrease to a very less amount, scholarships are provided for every cast students for ST students we get an amount of rs 12,000.
Campus Life
Lots of technical festivals take place for every department. Different departments have different types of functions. Along with that comes different groups, different clubs,that conduct varities for functions. Sports like cricket, football,should be offered for women as well.
Hostel Facilities
Rooms are spacious enough for three study to accommodate but it will be highly appreciated if single rooms or pg blocks were provided for women. Food overall it's below rating, food should be improved if possible non-veg should also be provided once or twice a week.
Admission
For ST students we get seats through Government quota once we clear the jee exams. Application forms are available in the precised website of the college all the dates and important info is updated in the college website.As per the admission process everything is good and there is no need of any improvement
Faculty
Overall teachers are good according to teaching or helping, sometimes it is difficult to approach duwbto the massive language barrier , which makes it even more harder to communicate or to learn. It would rather be good if English is recognised to be as the main language in every expect.
Interview Experience
There was no GD or PI i got admission through Government quota after sitting for a number of conculling. But for others they got admission through 12 percentile. Admission process is not difficult. I did not sit for any interview during the admission in the college.
