Course Curriculum Overview

It's between happens to be one of the few colleges that have the provision for EBC. Which ensures students get a scholarship as well. The university has made it easier for colleges like sies to work on the curriculum better and to help cope up with different projects.

Placement Experience

They have all the top companies coming here. Which gives us a better scope and outreach. Many companies come here for internships as well as jobs.

College Events

Various cultural and sports events and also the annual fest is known as pixels. The main fest hosted by MCA is pixels and all fest are conducted during the month of January and February. Attendance is taken very seriously here and it's supposed to be maintained well.

Fees and Financial Aid

I didn't. But ABC is a scholarship available which the government provides and the college handles the process.

Campus Life

They are absolutely great and very interactive. The people, the students, and the staff are all pretty wonderful. You feel like this place in itself has a lot of potential and the people make it a lot better. The students here are also equally good.

Alumni/Alumna

They are very helpful. Our seniors have most importantly played the most crucial role in shaping our experience here.

Admission

Through MAHCET and got through the second round. The first round of cut-offs was a bit high but good. They do have in house selection criteria as well. They do keep the average cut off every year based on each year's highest score. It depends on every year.

Faculty

Absolutely great and know their work and are able to connect to the teachers. They are all qualified people who know their work and are well versed with the subjects in the syllabus and most importantly they help the students connect better at the academic level required.

Good for near by students

Course Curriculum Overview:

Talking about the courses which chhatrapati shivaji maharaj University provides are good they almost provide all the courses students have choices which course they want to choose. From my perspective all the teachers should improve their teaching method because csmu teachers don't teach students well. Exams which is held usually after one and a half month of college starting is of 1 hour duration and our semester exam duration is 3 hours and exam level is average students can score well in exams.

Highest package that company offered was 5LPA and lowest was 1LPA . 99% students got there placements from ASM IMCOST college which is a great thing . Most of the college struggle to get placement . My plans after getting the degree is simple just work and enjoy my every moment

Good Curriculum, High Fees, No Amenities, Mediocre to Poor Placement (use references instead)

I applied for 4 colleges - VESIM, Welingkar, ITM, and SIES SBS.Out of 4, I got selected for VESIM, ITM very easily. (1) ITM - Mumbai students get admission very easily. 90,000 Rs. discount for the best candidate on the day of the admission process. No GD, only short essay and PI. Rs. 25,000 for provisional admission and will refund very late. (2) VESIM - GD, PI & Q&A with department faculty which was good. Hassel-free process. (3) Welingkars - Very lengthy 1-day process, organized. GD and PI. Very competitive. Nearly 2 months for announcing results. Waitlist candidates will have to wait very long & miss other colleges. No communication on phone, only email. (4) Got into SIES SBS through 50% South Indian Minority Quota. Chances of admission is highest if you are Tamil Bhramin but your candidature also matters. If you are not good enough, you go in waitlist. I got in first round. Waitlist students kept joining till the first week of college in mid-August. Management Quota also there....Read More
