Arpit's Review

Actually I was pretty sure that I would be opting BBA only and when I went to take admission I was very well explained the benefits, demerits of doing the course, the packages provided to students from this department their list was also shown to me. Actually doing BBA was my choice because I always wanted to be in the management field. The exams happen in the our university in a proper way so there is no chance of cheating or faking, the exams takes place in around 3 hours with two shifts one from 9:30 to 12:30 and the other from 1:00 to 4:00.

The college offers many internship programs for the students to practice their theoretical knowledge and also gets a certificate to excel in their career. The college offers intership programs both the free one and the paid one depending upon the the places, if a students wants to do it from same college they could do it and if I student wants to do it from outside they could do it. Many companies like reliance , byjus, ICICI bank and many more comes to the college and offers internship to students along with the stipend.

As said before, the campus definitely offers compus placements, at the time of admission I was shown a list of students who were actually offered the campus placements and also at the time of orientation the teacher from placement cell highlighted the percentage of students getting placments from each department and it was more than 80% from every departments. I am definitely working on myself, equipping with some skills so that I could get get the placement easily. I have even talked to my seniors, they also sid that the campus provides placement and the average placement provided from management department is around 6 - 7 lakh per annum.

I have to say the course fees in Usha Martin University is relatively very less compared to other colleges. Here's the break down of my course fees: Semester fees: Rs 41250 including Rs 3000(exam fees) * 6 Bus fees: Rs 10000 per semester * 6 So in total I had to pay Rs. 307500 And the students who belongs from Jharkhand are eligible for 10% scholarship. The admission charges was Rs.21500 Campus provide a lot of placments to students, as I said when I was taking the admission I was shown the list of studenta who actually got the placements and the banners are pasted everywhere in the campus of which all companies comes to the university for choosing students for placements.

There are separate clubs made for students to showcase their talents. Everytime some function or annual function takes place the students from different department takes part and enjoys. Recently the college offered the sports day where students took part and many games were offered to them like kabbadi, cricket, volleyball and many more. The teams were made and each team from each department has to play against each other and depending on this the winners are decided. So it is really fun when college offers these things alongside studies.

If a student has scored more than 60% marks in their 12th from any board are eligible to take admission in Usha Martin University. After talking the admission facility they will be providing the application form which costs Rs. 500 which you will be filling it there itself and after the filling of the form they will take some time for filling the details in their computer and after that you have to pay a fees of Rs 21500 including application form and this amount is the admission fees. After the admission you will be given a t shirt and a bag along with the receipt. As I said below if you belong from Jharkhand you would be offered a 10% scholarship no matter whatever your caste is.

The faculties in our university are really good. Many of them are PhD holders and have a great knowledge of their subjects. There are many faculties present in each department of the university. Now talking about my learning experience, so I am really happy with the teaching of our faculties as I said they have a proper knowledge of their respective subjects and they even provide proper notes and explanation in the class is also done by taking respective examples so that it could be easy for us students in remembering everything. The way of speaking of faculty to students is actually very nice. We can even call our teachers whenever we have some doubt or anything, the teachers behaviour remains the same and they explain us or solve our problems there itself.
