University of Rajasthan. What a student of University felt here.

Curriculum do not get updated on time. It feels like we are putting some bulky rott learning in mind which is of no use. They should establish they productivity of the knowledge they provide to the people.

I'm not aware of Campus employment but fees is not too much it varies year by year and have to pay additional exam form fees. So ultimately it becomes quite too much bur in comparison not too high. B.A. hons in geography costs around 7000 + 1200 exam fees for first year and 5500 + additional in 2nd year and around 6300 + exam fees in 3rd year. You to have to pay a challan even to obtain your TC.

The campus is huge and freshers party is organised but it is not permanent sometimes they organise and sometimes they do not. In library, it was my favourite place, it is huge and amazing all types of books, newspaper, magazines are there. From philosophy to literature, to Urdu, English and probably every academic and other book. There is block board in all classes, they don't have digital one. But they have computerized labs, VC room Etc. Sports kids have huge opportunities here. When I was student they used to organise election for president of college. Now govt has stopped this. But students are good and helping nature.

Admission in hostel is given on cut off basis. They have very few seats. But reservation kids get additional facilities. There were different hostel for different colleges. Meal varies from dal, to paneer sometimes. They don't make food on Sunday. You have to arrange yourself on sunday. The hostel also has libarary. Hostel is affordable, it costs around 10,000 for one session of college, then renewed. Hostel and PGs (private) are also their nearby, on JLN marg, but quite expensive. So can approach to areas like Lalkothi etc.

Admission can be taken by applying online on the website. But after that you have to come Campus to know about further updates as they are poorly digitalised. Reservation will make your admission easy. You to to appear in an entrance to take admission, during covid year admission was given on percentage basis.

Faculty is quite good. Sometimes shortage can be seen. Though not every teacher takes class. Usually they are lazy but some are hardworking and teach properly daily doesn't matter how many students attend class.
