Likes
- Student culture is very nice here and lot of clubs are there where you enjoy your hobby or make it as your passion.
- Sports culture is very good here ,lot of grounds in good condition and a nice indoor sports complex is there with all the necessary equipments.
- Placement ratio is very good almost every branch reaching to 100% placement rates which is considered as a very good
Dislikes
- Here we have 75% attendance criteria which sometimes sucks but it is fine.
- A bit of language barrier and restrictions in some club if you don't know Tamil.
- Marks are based on teachers mood if his mood is bad they can be very strict.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum is government based so it is same as IIT and they implement it also in a very good manner, in one semester we have two cycle test and the end we have end semester if you Missed your cycle test then you can give compensation by giving your valid absence proof.
Internships Opportunities
In 3 rd year lot of companies come for internship which later give pre placement offer to the students but the ratio is very less and it is not tough to crack incampus internship from our college. But they provide equal internship opportunities to all.
Placement Experience
Our college have average of 90% placement and my branch have 100% placement rates, all the major tech companies Google Microsoft goldmann sac and PSU complaines come here with giving highest package of 55 lakhs
Fees and Financial Aid
Here like almost every student gets scholarship from our alumni network recall or from outside as it is one of the most prestigious college. Including hostel fee and tution fee it almost 2 lakh per year which is same as private college but fee concession fir low income families make it bearable.
Campus Life
We have tech fest known as pragyan and annual cultural fest festember and annual cultural departmentmental fest nittfest and annual departmental sports fest spotsfete. A very good sports culture is here with most of all the women and mens team provided with their specific coaches.
Hostel Facilities
The hostel Life is very good as we have good infrastructure for hostels which have gym basketball courts vollyball court canteens and hospital facilities. Wifi facilities is also given to the students and for girls safety we have restricted time to come back to hostels
Admission
We cleared the jee mains exam to get into this exam which is considered as one of the most toughest exam in India . It's cutoff ranges from 95 to 100 percentile which is top 5 % students, after clearing the exam you have to go through the jossa counciling and it is a very easy process which you can do from your home
Faculty
Here a lot of teachers are available in every department who helps you in every aspect in acedamics or personal. They will help you out in internship projects and will mentor you for higher studies with their good network.
