Course Curriculum Overview

My chemical engineering syllabus is well structured and informative. Curriculum and practical knowledge gain from it will definitely help me for further in my career. More focus on practicals rather than theory subjects.

Internships Opportunities

There is direct internship available in our college you need to search on your own. But from last year there is one Internship opportunity available in our college by Idea lab which is funded by AICTE.

Placement Experience

A few years back there was very little placement for our branch but from last year there has been significant growth in placement for our branch. From the 6th semester, you are eligible for placement. Lupin, Adani, aarti pharma, Technip energy, etc.

Fees and Financial Aid

The Fee structure is 125000 for open candidates and for OBC it's 80000. There are a lot of scholarships and financial assistance available for students. For OBC candidates tution fee scholarship is 50,000.

Campus Life

Overall, my experience with campus life is very special and memorable. I have a lot of friends in college because I live in a college campus hostel. There is an annual festival called maffick organized in our college every year in February month.

Hostel Facilities

There is a hostel facility available on campus premises only. The hostel infrastructure is very good, mess facility is also available. Meal quality is not good. Hostel fees are 63,000. The hostel is double sharing.

Admission

Eligibility is 12th standard with minimum 50% marks for qualification. MHTCET exam is main entrance exam for admission in our college and cut of marks for chemical engineering is average 60 percentile.

Faculty

4.5

All staff are well educated and some of them are PhD holders and some are from IITs and ICT. There is a proper faculty-to-student ratio. Faculties are very friendly and supportive to students. Faculties are available whenever we face any difficulties in our studies.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The part of the curriculum that inspired me to take up this course is definitely applied mathematics as engineering has a lot of math integrated in it and helps the student to improve his/her logic and problem solving skills which are very important in today's job market. Some areas where I'd like the syllabus to improve are NEP related subjects like PPS, Indian Knowledge System etc. These courses are not related to the major but are included because of the New Education Policy(NEP). I feel that most of these courses are a complete waste of time and can be replaced by better courses.

The reason here I cannot tell explain here. I choose this college becuse this college select candidate based on the performance on CET. Doesnot take any donation for admission. I ended up picking this college over the others I applied to for a bunch of reasons.
