Life at yenepoya

The course has a lot of subjects such as.. anatomy , physiology, microbiology, pathology , anesthesia.. the 1 st and 2 nd sem has these subjects where 1 st sem has biochemistry.. third sem has applied microbiology, pathology, then various anesthesia subjects

This course has internship at the 4th year.. which is also paaid .. as this is a hospital course..we do the internship at the hospitals they have provided us with..the other courses such as bca, mba these courses are having placements instead of internships.. in which not 100% .. depends on the students performance

Fees structure changes yearly.. it increases by 10k yearly. Mine is 60 per sem.. plus the hostel. Fee which is 84k to 94k yearly.. it has changed this year .. hostel fee has been raised upto 1, 20, 000 for 6 sharing yearly. And 72250 for course sem wise

Campus life is pretty much good and also some times bad... college conducts programmes but not that much .. the programmes that the college conducts are actually good and exciting... they very well execute the programme

My room is 8 shared. Has 4 double beds with shelfs for each student.. a bathroom inside.. a mirror.. the table and chair to study is availble outside the room in a hall... the room has ac.. ( it depends upon the hostel..) some yenepoya clgs only provide ac.. but all the hostels will be having same fee.. irrespective of ac or non ac

I havent took any entrance exams.. and college does not have any its on entrance examinations.. admission procedure : first we have to book the seat by paying the admission fee.. which is 26k for this yr Second after that they will announce a date for which we have to pay the 1st sem fee plus the hostel fee ..

The teachers are good and they do know how to teach as some of them have qualified from yenepoya university itself.. some teachers are not that good as they are bit tough to get marks from them... and to pass their subjects are quite a task.
