Course Curriculum Overview

The course was designed according to the industrial and corporate needs. It's always updated which helps in interviews, placements and internships. It gives theoretical as well as practical knowledge about the subject field

Class Size: 100Course Fees: INR 35000 per year

Internships Opportunities

There are a huge number of internship opportunities which come during the second last sem of the course. And candidates are placed to improve their work cu6and responsibilities. The internships provide best practical knowledge to the candidates along with a stipend.

Placement Experience

There's a time to time placement seminars. Internship opportunities and placement cell is quite active. Time by time many companies visit for placements and a huge number of candidates are placed with the guidance of the placement cell and faculties.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee is quite bearable and there comes a lot of scholarship opportunities for the eligible candidates also there are financial assistance available for financial weaker candidates. The college is best affordable in every terms

Campus Life

The college's life is very much interesting, it has so much involvement in vo curricular activities and the bestf of everything is Gusto which is college's fest apart from these there are clubs like rotaract which helps to enhance the personality of candidates

Admission

The admission process was quite easy which requires an eligiblity on merit basis. The application form and assistance is easily available on the official college website which may ask for an entrance exam which is also quite easy to crack for an average student. All in all the admission process was feasible.

Faculty

The faculties are experienced and well experts in their fields to give knowledge to students practically as well as theoretically. The interaction is good and the behaviour of faculties towards students is polite, friendly and supportive.

I would rate the BBI course curriculum at Lala Lajpat Rai College as fairly relevant and moderately comprehensive. The focus on finance, banking, and insurance subjects influenced my decision to choose this course. The curriculum gives a good theoretical base and helps in preparing for further studies like MBA, M.Com, or government exams. However, it lacks practical exposure, internships, and industry interaction, which could make it more job-oriented. Teaching methods can also improve by including case studies, field visits, and guest lectures.Exams are held twice a year (semester-wise) and include internals (25 marks) and externals (75 marks). They are moderately difficult manageable with regular studies.

Learning in a fun way

Course Curriculum Overview:

The main thing this college or any other college for that matter should do is host people from different walks of life and ask them to brief the students about whatever great things they know. You should also prepare your students for different life skills. A webinar on how to budget properly, how to invest, how to survive in a jungle etc. The practicals that were given to us held very less value in my opinon. It seemed as if we are just doing the practicals for the sake of it.

Placement Experience:

Talking about campus placement, overall rating is Excellent. Some IT companies like TATA Consulatancy Services, Infosys, Wipro, Sutherland, Eclerx. and banking companies includes ICICI AMC, ICICI Bank Pvt. Ltd., TATA AMC, used to visit college campus to conduct assessment round in college itself. Highest package was around 5 lakh per anum and average package was around 3 lakh per anum. I even got placed in TCS with 4.4 Lakh annual salary. Almost 70% of bachmates was placed with more than average package and there were good opportunity for science background also. After getting degree i worked for 1.5 years and now i'm going to persue my career in management roles.

The fees structure of SYBAF as follows Tution fees -10000,Library fees -600, Laboratory fees -1000, Gymkhana -400,other fees - 250,exam fees- 2606,other Activity fees -4000,E charges -1000 and many other charges are there.

There is no entrance for this course the admission is on first come first basis on the basic percentage requirement I got 80% is in my CBSE SSC exam and was easily accepted in the college.
