Examination AIEEE Score 8670 AIR College. Because of one of the oldest Goverment College and very known institution.

Course Curriculum Overview

Very Good.Different department organized different curriculum and one big event for whole college students. And that event organized by college student and they will try to collect money from the sponsorships for that event.

Internships Opportunities

Worst Experience. We have to manage by own for our internship, college was not doing at all for any kind of internship any where. So that was a pathetic scene. No stipend.

Placement Experience

I can say if any one wanna go with IT companies that there will be some chances and that chances was only 50%, but anyone wanna go in CORE industries than chances was only 10%.

College Events

Non Technical Events There was so many non technical event organized by super most senior of the college.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Annual fees was around 60000 to 64000 including hostel, tuition etc.Only student have to manage mess charges and personal expenses. Mess charge is in between 1800 to 3000 as per the requirement.

Fees and Financial Aid

I don't have any idea related to scholarship / loan facility offered by college that know of or availed. But as per government scheme If parents annual income was less than 1 Lac than there is no tuition fees that college will help for the same.

Campus Life

Campus life was really very good, everything was provided from college. There was 2 very big ground one for football and the another one for cricket. And one ground for athletics event, which was organized every year basis from college.

Alumni/Alumna

Alumni event generally organizes by Super senior student from the college but they are not doing any partiality with juniors, if any one such interested for that than they will help you out for every way.

Exam Structure

Well exam structure was good and sufficient for the good students. Because answer sheet was going some where else in different college so no partiality at all.

Placement are decent.Many companies visit the campus,but getting a good package depends on your skills and performance.Teh university also provides training support. Some companies like Deloitte,nexity consulting,Bigbasket,zepto etc visited are campus.

Average placements for the college. As for the good stduents and competitive students companies r coming and they get internships and jobs . Companies like Deloitte, Adobe , Playsimple. Scalar AI labs , LG etc .Good Stsrtup and well knowed companies gave placements .

Life at Chandigarh University A CSE Student

Placement Experience:

As a BE Computer Science student at Chandigarh University, placements are decent but depend a lot on individual skills. Students become eligible for campus placements from the 6th semester, and most of the placement process happens in the 7th and 8th semesters. Many companies visit the campus every year like Microsoft, Amazon, Cognizant, Capgemini, TCS, Infosys, Wipro and some startups as well. There are a good number of offers made, especially from mass recruiters like TCS, Infosys and Cognizant. The highest package claimed by the university goes very high, even above 40 LPA, but those are for a very small number of students. Realistically, the average package for CSE students is around 5 to 7 LPA. Mass recruiters usually offer packages between 3 to 5 LPA. Around 70 to 80 percent of students get placed if they are consistent with coding and preparation. Those who depend only on college studies may find it harder due to high competition. The university also provides training for aptitude, coding tests and interviews which helps in preparation. After completing my degree, my plan is to get placed in a good product based company. At the same time, I am also focusing on improving my coding skills and working on projects so that I can aim for better opportunities or even higher studies if needed.

Course Curriculum Overview:

1) I want to go in construction industry so i chose this field. 2) Currently our college curriculum is updated so its relevant i will say around 70 to 80% . 3) For improvement Faculties should be brought from all over india as professors here are only concentrated from ludhiana itself. and labs are very old it should be upgraded. 5) In a semester there are 2 monthly exams and one end semester exam. 6) As far as difficuly level of exam is concerned it is not much difficult if someone solved PYQ thoroughly.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I am interested in computer science so I choose this course to learn programing how the code works in computer. Student ratio is 22 in class. Teacher are well qulified and there teaching method is easy to understand. There two term exam in 6 months and these exam is not difficult

Good infrastructure, campus and faculty. Have to improve placements and industrial visits.

I didn't apply for other colleges. I chose this college as it was near my hometown and there were circumstances which prevented me from going too far from home. That's why, I chose this college. The admission process is simple. You need to have passed your senior secondary education in any central and state board. Exams accepted are JEE Mains and Board examinations. 60% percentage is needed in PCM course in the senior secondary or in diploma course from any Institute or university. Application form is available online in the university website only.
