Remarks

My college is a great college all people are in my college had a great privilege in studying in this college. They are more motivated by students and lecturers in all cultural activities.

Course Curriculum Overview

My course is eligible for both the private and public sector. So we can go to core related or hardware related subject. Coming to exam structure they are conducted in a decent manner and the correction of paper is slight though than government colleges.

Placement Experience

Many industries visited the college and offered placement with the best salary. The university supports a lot to do internships so that student can earn and experience at the same time.

Fee Structure And Facilities

It is expensive Up to 1lakh. Most of the colleges have a cheap fee but the chance of placement is very less whereas our college has a high fee and the chance of placement is also high compared to any other colleges. Our college is only suitable for the rich and middle-class people who can afford.

Campus Life

They are having expensive and new technology instruments in labs. But the laboratory items are delicate so by chance, if something happens to that then we had to take upon the huge penalty.

Alumni/Alumna

Yes, Alumni not only share their thoughts they also share their experiences throughout their whole college life and give us tips on how to manage time with studies and also with extracurricular activities. They help us in placement training by referring us to the companies.

Admission

I got the admission on the basis of JEE Main. First, we need to apply for counseling and then after we are accepted by college then we need to submit our original certificates.

Faculty

There are the most experienced professors. Most of them are assistant professors who are certified from highly qualified.

IIIT Bhubaneswar means technology!

Placement Experience:

Amazon, Google, Wipro, HCL Tech and many such which has been around for a while in the tech business and has built tech for many overseas companies too are the ones which have already started coming. I am in my final year and around 40% students have already been recruited and I hope before this semester ends, i too get placements.

Our college give good placement but packages are very low package start with 150000 and end in 700000 . But you study properly then you try pursuing higher studies. 40% students placed but below 400000 . after completing you try off campus placement then you secured good salary on good company.

placements are average...not feels like an iit but its ok ...this yaer percentage of placement was 90% and highest ctc was of 67.4 LPA with median of 12LPA and average of 17 LPA ...most of the placements for SDE roles. My plan is to finish my degree as soon as possible and get placed for a SDE role so that i can survive

Placement Experience:

The placement stats of IIT Bhubaneswar are quite good. For the 2025 placement season, the highest CTC was 67.6 LPA and the mean CTC was 14.5 LPA, with a total of 22 PPO offers. Approximately 90% students were placed this year. Major recruiters were Google, Oracle, Zomato, Goldman Sachs, NVIDIA and Meesho. This year, there were 5 international offers (4 from Accenture Japan and 1 core offer from Niterra Japan).

Placement Experience:

the placement is also not that much great. they are very few companies TCS and Infosys are the mass recuriter here . The core companies are close to null . So you have to go to only to the IT companies that to at a very low package . My students work for as low as 2.5 lac per annum . This year almost everybody was between 3lac to 10lac bracket . The highest on campus package are about 25 lac . Not more than that most of time. and the average package is almost about 3-4 lac per annum . The percentage of the students placed is also really bad . Most of the students have to hurdle by himself.

Placement Experience:

Campus placement is descent. Some of the student opt for higher studies. Almost 80% get placed with good packages.some goes for gate exam. I also know a senior who have gate AIR of 42. I am planning for gate along with my degree.companies like Hpcl , cpcl, exon mobil usually come here for recruiting.

GIET UNIVERSITY - Best place to learn in southern odisha

According to money factor this college is great. Under such low fee college is great for providing course other than any college. I applied for SOA University and course fee is too high there. Also my college is a university. So there is no worry about anything. For admission in giet you have applied for OJEE odisha and contact a marketing officer or direct join in college. You have to pay 10-15 thousand rupees for advance fees. In admission day you have to pay hlaf of your fees in one year. You will get everything in that day. Rank doesn't matter here...Read More
