Likes

In this college i liked the faculties and the way they teach
We have many auditoriums and seminar halls which is very usefull
The atmosphere and the greenary around the college is refreshing

Dislikes

We are not allowed to play in the indoor stadium unless we have permission
Too many rules and regulations (eg : should always wear shawl inside the campus)
Need to renovate other departments like GB block

I got influenced by the placement in this college which is why I course this course in the college.The faculty members prepares us for the real world by giving us seminars, projects , and they also provide us with communication classes which helps us improve our communication skills.

Students are eligible for placements after completing the 4th semester. Companies like TCS , vipro , etc are available in our campus placements and there multiple offers made .70% of students are getting placed every year. I want to pursue higher studies.

The fees structure in the college is completely affordable compared to other colleges in the city. There are many scholarship schemes available in every year. There is a different variety of courses with compulsory participation.

The college celebrates ethnic day, sports day, farewell and other traditional and cultural festivals.the library contains a wide variety of books for all departments.the classrooms are provided with enough facilities like projectors.the students union controls the social clubs and sports activities

Admission

An individual or a student should compulsoryly have minimum of 75 - 80%.the application forms are available both online and offline. For aided course there is no application fees and for self finance the application fees is about 250.the students have enough time to prepare for exams (exam timing : 9 to 11.30 and mcqs are conducted individually

The college has enough faculty in every department .The faculty staffs are very friendly and they don't hesitate to clarify our doubts .We can reach out to them whenever we want .They also teach using smart boards and projector. .

Accounting and Financing is my intrest When the world start to depend on AI, I started to learn Accounts and Commerce concepts. It prepares me more intellectual, and enables me to handle real world tasks. Moreover I am learning something which is never thought by schools.(Discipline, Social interactions). Placement Experience:

The placements in sastra is immaculate they have nothing to complaint of .Students from my course given placement training and eligible for placements from third year. Large scale of campanies have visited. some of them will be Tata consultancy(TCs), Paypal, federal banks ,Infosys etc. The highest package was 90000 per month and average package was 25000 per month. Students who have 8.5 cgpa or more will have pretty good offer from reputed companies. Plans after getting my degree is to do masters in abroad.
