The insights of the best NIT of India, NIT TRICHY

Curriculum is really hectic means you will be having papers round the semester of 4-5 months and even semester will be packed by different fests in overall we have more than 4 big fests.apart from this there will be department symposiums also

We have CPC and IPMP process on our college which help us to prepare for internships and placements most of the companies come to our college for hiring students and we get internship in abroad also through MITACS and DAAD WISE.

For most years we had near abt 95% placement percentage. Some of the students go for higher studies in abroad and some go for start up. In an avg the placement is above 13lakhs. Some PSU also come for placement and mostly all the big companies comes

If you are general or aOBC then you will have to pay 100% tution fees and mess fee which is near abt 2.5lkhs per year. Apart from this there is concession in institute fees for the students whose family income is less than 1lakh and 5 lakhs

Regarding campus life I will rate it as 6/10 because here there is only 2 weather one is hot and other is more hot. So during day it will be very hot but during night it will be so chilling. Forngirls there is curfew in our college they have to go inside there hostel before 9:15pm and there will be roll call also. For clubs and all this is the best college there are more than 40 clubs in our college.you will get club for all the things

Hostel facility is decent only. they provide wifi, lan water coolers, showers etc in hostels. Overall there are 23 boys hostels and 6 girls hostels. There are 7 messes. For 1st year there is only 1 mess but after that there will seperate mess for every region people like Kerala mess, Andhra mess, north indian mess

As we all know for NIT we need to give JEE MAINS, NIT TRICHY is the best college that you can get from jee mains. It no.1 NIT of India and just 7 IIT's are above it in ranking. You need more than 96% percentile in jee mains to get this college

Most faculty members are PHD holders and they properly make use of the current available technology. Faculty to student might be 1:9. Most of the faculty members are approachable They help us whenever we need

There will be written paper called jee mains but there is no gd and all and all which is required here. You can basically do 12th syllabus properly to clear it. Give alot of mocks and previous year papers
