Engineering course is good for making career , because there are lot of opportunities in this field , for electronics and Telecommunication engineer there are different jobs in industry and the avg salary is also good , so I choose this field

Exam fees are e Changing every semester, books fees are also different Government and private scholarship are available Rajarshi Shahu Maharaj tution fee weaver scheme is most popular scholarship in students which is provided by government of Maharashtra, it covers the half of tution fee

Annual social function is "Spandan" , also it includes the gathering, traditional day etc TKIET Tech festival is the technical function, which organised by college for students Books and journals are available in college Library, for the library books students must have the library card Facilities like classroom, Practical labs, computer labs, are provided by college Sports activities are in the college, every department can participate in the sports activities No group is running by students

Admission

Admission process is in online and offline both modes students have to give First the HSC exam in Science stream, after the result, students have to give the entrance exams like CET, according to the CET exam merit government allot the colleges and course for students After allotment fill the application form which is available in college office and confirm admission

Faculty

For every subject tgerecis separate faculty and also the faculty is well educated and knowledge in their subjects Student can talk freely with teachers , for any kind of help from college faculty, teachers, students can contact to respective teachers

REAL INSIGHTS OF RIZVI COLLEGE OF ENGINEERING

Course Curriculum Overview:

As this college is under mumbai university so this college cannot modify syallbus in their own the have to strictly follow the university prescribe syallbus,academic timelines,rules and norms of the mumbai university. I have taken the admission in this college in the year 2024 from this year the NEP-2020 was adopted by the every indian universities and instituites. Since NEP-2020 was adopted also by mumbai university some new subjects are added to the syallabus that are oriented to financial literacy,Entreprenuianl,indian laws related subjects the syallubus of this subject is very good to see in the syallabus pdf. But the ground reality is different this subject is not given much importance by faculties the are treated as not much important subject as their are not related to our course as a result the students also take these subjects lightly.Also the professors appointed for this subjects are not much good they appoint the faculties who are recent graduates of their college who are working now as a professor in the same college. The college treat this subject lectures as an practice for the fresh faculties to gain experience of how to teach students. The core subject syallbus is same not changed the mumbai university has just changed the name of the subject. The college professors just teach the subject but they do not teach in that way that it makes us ready for real world problems.And also in the first year all the subjects are common for all the branches of the engineering which consist of subject like physics,chemistry,mechanics,Basic electrical Electronics,Engineering Graphics. It is my opinion why should an student who is studying an course called Computer Engineering so why should i read the subjects of the other branches like civil,mechanical,electrical and electronics in my first year instead of my domain subjects for whole two semester and the timespan of almost an year

Placement Experience:

Placements of the college are good . They are incerasing year by year . As now college is made autonomous placement is also good in the college. Companies like TCS , CAPEGEMINI, like such big companies are also coming to college . as such college have developed the placement ratio . the higest package offered in the college was last year it was 18 lakhs . average pacakages offered in the college is betweeen 3 to 7 lakhs . but the students are geeting placed from college. Near about 70 to 80 percentage of the students are getting placed every year.

Placement Experience:

from 6th semester students get eligible for placemnets and from 4th semester students get eligible for internships. Dell, Oracle Tcs and many more such companies have visited the college The highest package is 50 lpa for MCA in computer science while the highest for B.TECH CSE is 44.14 lpa. Many good companies such as J.P. Morgan and Goldmann sachs have also come here for placements. The average package is 6lpa. Approximately from Computer science across 70 to 80 percent students are getting placed every year. After my B.tech Degree I would be pursuing my Masters degree from abroad.

So the main reason that I took admission in this college is because of its relevance it is from 1983 so quit old college. The admission process of this college is pretty much easy so you have to go through the all process is that it's for every college like going from cat admissions then have to check the documents and submit them then pay the fees and you will get the admission so yeah it is pretty much easy. Another reason is my marks in mhtcet so I got around 72% and only applicable for this college which is best around those marks so I don't even had options to toggle on.....Read More

I applied for several colleges around me, like KIT, DYP Bavda, but when I mentioned that to my parents they were too insecure for me to leave home and join hostel so they doesn't wanted me to do that. When I studied about around colleges and visited then I realized all of these colleges are nearly same and TKIET too so why bothering leaving home and my parents also suggested me that so took admission in TKIET.
