Course Curriculum Overview
Curriculum is well designed and include comprehensive approach towards nursing. The curriculum includes both practical and theoretical aspects. Teachers should be more friendly and should be approachable. Curriculum should also focus on the mental health of the student.
Internships Opportunities
Since it's a government college, we are able to do internship in this hospital itself with minimum amount of salary. If we have passed for any competitive exams, we can drop bonding with 6 months of experience and certificate
Fees and Financial Aid
Tution fee for the course include around 20,000 per year. Government provides either egrants Or MCM scholarship which covers the tution fee. My college doesn't provide any campus placements.Students with reservation have 1000 as tution fee
Campus Life
The campus life is really affecting our mental health. Due to our semester system, they find it very hard to conduct programs. They are completely focused only on study matters.Since attendance is very important, students with illnesses also needs to attend classes with getting medical leave.
Hostel Facilities
Hostel facility is satisfied and adjustable. Since I stay on government hostel, hostel rent is 50 rupees per month. It's quiet fine. And there is adequate facility for studying and eating. Meal quality is average. It's actually depends on the mess team.
Admission
Eligibility for the course was based on 12th score. Application forms were available on the LBS site and has downloaded and filled. Since I was part of the Covid batch, admission was completely based on 12th score and no other entrance exam was there. The admission process should be focus on timely intervention and should not be delayed.
