Bsc nursing

As every institutions, both negative and positive remarks are there. This place is really good to study, good atmosphere, good Teaching, good clinical experiences are there. All the classes are conducted with demonstration.

After the completion of course, 1 year intership program is there. Each student is posted in different departments of hospital. Monthly stipend of rs 13500 is given. Day duty as well as night duty is there. It is a golden chance to get practice.

Mainly New year celebration, arts day, college union inauguration, Onam, teachers day celebration, nurses week celebration, teachers day, yoga day, Kerala piravi celebrations are conducted. Some celebration last full day. Some are half day.

Comparing to other institutions, the fee is really feasibe. Fee have to be payed only once a year. Besides this, hostel rent and mess fee are there. Yearly nearly 20000 is tution fee and mess fee and other expenses are 5000?.

I am not availing any scholarships or loan facilities. There are scholarships such as post metric scholarship, Egrants, several private scholarship are their for students. Some students are availing loan facilities.

We have computer labs, nursing foundation lab, medical surgical labs, child health nursing lab, nutrition lab, obstetrics and gynecological lab etc. About the sports, we have a volleyball court built near.

The hostel infrastructure is fair, 3 students are allocated for a room. Mess is functioning near the hostel itself. We have to pay hostel rent, establishment fee, current charges and mess fee while in hostel.

There is an alumni association. They are providing charity services and other facilities. Senior students are really helpful for getting us knowledge about career. Induction classes are conducted by alumni at end of course.

It is based on the 12 th score. I appied seeing the notification in newspaper using site lbscentre.in They published a rank list based on the score. The application was common for all paramedical courses and I opted for Bsc nursing. As a next step, separate ranklist was published for Bsc nursing. In the next step i listed a number of institutions and I was selected in this college.

Faculty are well experienced, knowledgable. Covers whole syllabus. Well functioning. There are separate teachers for every specialities. Principal, vice principal, HOD s of different departments are there. The office is well functioning with superintendent and staff. Teaching classes are mainly with power point presentation, Demonstratinlon. Library facilities available.
