Course Curriculum Overview

1st year of college was relatively easy, then in 2nd year your subject oriented courses come which are pretty difficult in starting. The curriculum gives you all what is needed right now in coding and all. two exams are conducted every semester which are mid term exams with half the syllabus and end term syllabus with all the syllabus.

Internships Opportunities

there are many companies which offer internship here at manipal university jaipur, ranging from 2 to 4 month period like airtel, google, amazon with an avg of 15k stipend/month. after which you have a high probability of landing a job there

Placement Experience

the placements are pretty good here at manipal university jaipur, eligibility for campus placments start is a minimum of 8/7.5 or above gpa till the 6th semester the highest package was of 85 lpa in 2023, then the average was of 7.5 lpa in 2023 placement rate for 2023 was 98% in 2023 for engineering some of the companies were accenture, adani group, amazon, deloitte, cognizant my plan after the degree is to seek higher studies

Fees and Financial Aid

tuition fee remains the same all through the course in which you join, but the hostel fees and mess fees do increase a little bit every year. the complete cost of btech in manipal university should be around 25 lacs. scholarship is available here if you get a good enough gpa and based on your 12th results

Campus Life

annual cultural fest of manipal university is pretty good there are bring pretty good singers to perform here then the are books and journal available in library on every topic you just have to search for it, you also have an online library where many more can be found then there are tech fest by the college itself also by the clubs here every year there are many clubs which help in socialising with people

Hostel Facilities

the hostel rooms at ghs are good with air conditionner the meals of the mess are also good with chicken on every alternate day for hostel registeration, there's a website where you can buy all the stuff like gym subscription and laundry subscription there's an app for room cleaning and anything like repairs you need in your room you just have to complain there then someone will come in some time then its just a bit expensive

the admission process was relatively easy, didn't have any problems in it. cut-off was high as student intake is increasing. i found the application was available on the the main website of manipal university jaipur. there were 2 exams for manipal university relatively easy compared to jee mains.

Placement Experience:

In our college the students are elgible to sit in campus placement from third year , there comes a lot of companies in our college which comes here for placement drive and some for providing internship .Some of the companies that comes in our college are L&T, Deloitte , Capegemini, Reliance , TCS , TCE, Wipro, Infosys, miniorange, Berger paints ,Amazon etc . The highest package from this college is of 44 LPA which was from CSE branch and given by Amazon and the average package ranges around 6.5 LPA for almost every branch . Every year almost 80 percent of students get placed around here and some of them leaves placement for further studies and also some took admission in many premier institutes for getting higher education.

Placement Experience:

The students become eligible after 4th semester for placements. There are many companies that have visited like Vipro, IBM, TCS and many more among the 150 companies that visit the campus. THe highest offer made was to a senio of mine of about 43 lpa and the average package is of about 5-6 LPA. The lowest package offered was of about 3 LPA. About 90 percent of students get placements and if for any reason i do not get placed, I would try for CDS that is the armed forces of India

About SKIT Jaipur

Placement Experience:

The placements of my college are quite good for my course and also they are nice for other branches . The highest package of last year was 47 lakhs per annum for the CS branch of my course and average package was 6 lpa . I am in first year right now so i can not tell about my placement but yes the placements are nice in our college and the rate of placement is also decent . My college has tie ups with some companies and train the students according to the demand in the industries. Students who wants to do start ups our college also supports them and give some amount of investments. The culture of my college is really very helping and supporting.

An insight into Manipal University Jaipur

I applied in Shiv Nadar university but did not choose it because I was offered Electronics branch there which I had no interest in choosing. I also applied in VIT , I sat in the counselling and was offered a seat in a CSE specialisation course but ended up not choosing it because of its location, it's pretty far from my hometown Ghaziabad and secondly heard a lot about their super strict policies and even about favourism of teachers for South Indian students over others. I also applied for BITS's entrance exam but ended up not giving it because I wasn't qualified for it , an aggregate of 75% in PCM in boards was required which I wasn't able to achieve. I truly feel that I didn't do my best and could have studied better and got better grades in my board exams . Our college accepts direct admissions through BOARD EXAM marks and also though MET counselling. To be able to sit for MET counselling, one had 2 give the MET exam . 2 sessions were held for it , best marks were counted. It included physics, chemistry, maths and English....Read More
