- No importance to the attendance of the students.
- Not so good infrastructure, the classrooms and washroom are not in good condition at all
- There are very less events or cultural program organised in the college
Course Curriculum Overview
Bachelor of Commerce have 3 major subject and 1 minor subject with 1 vocational subject (mainly being Income Tax). Exam of minor subject can only be given once either in 1sem or 2nd sem. The course is very nice and well prepared. The difficulty level of exams is easy to moderate and faculty of commerce is also very supportive.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fee of this college is very nominal only ?1700 for one semester, anyone can afford that easily, apart from that there are various state government scholarships in our college, which is mainly on the basis of merit and marks ofnthe students.
Campus Life
There is only one major annual function celebrated in our college along with a holi celebration every year. Books in Library are also easily accessible. Mainly there is student politics and activism in our college, often times we see student leaders protest against the college faculty for the betterment of students.
Admission
The admission process was easy, first you have to register on uksamarth portal and then you have to fill application form for Kumaun University and select the college and course, after the complete registration and payment you will be registered and then after few days your college will release the cut off lists, generally cut off for our college is low compared to other colleges. After clearing cut off you will have to visit college with your important documents like 10th and 12th marksheet, Adhaar Card, Transfer Certificate, Character Certificate, Photograph, Anti-ragging certificate etc. and make a proper file with your signature, then the faculty will verify your documents and after few days you will get an confirmation email from the University.
