Honest review of Acharya institute of technology

Vtu will never give you time for your personal growth , you'll be busy in completing assignments , presentations and then internal exams , and syllabus is purely theoretical, it is easy but there is 0 practical knowledge, so keep in mind that you'll need to study and you'll get very less time to hang out .

According to vtu scheme every student has to get 3 internships, students can find and apply in any internship on their own where in most cases you'll be paid but if you fail to do so you will get internship from college itself but without stipend.

Campus placement is not very good , there are multiple reasons, the main reason is student itself very less amount of students are focused others just want to take degree and then they sit during placement and make it worse, not only students, college has also failed to provide good placement cells which will bring companies to college.

Scholarships are only available for Karnataka students and students whose parents are in defense (through Karnataka) , for general caste and other state students college won't provide scholarship, you can apply from other sources . Fee for 2027 batch is around 12 lakhs (for comedk) and less than 7 lakhs (for kcet) , every year vtu will increase about 10% fees.

In my college campus is very big , there is cricket stadium, horse riding, swimming pool , basketball court football court and many more you'll enjoy very much in campus and buildings are also very beautiful and many more new things are being made so you'll definately enjoy. There are about 7-8 clubs in which you can take part and attendance will be provided after taking permission from head of club

I gave comedk exam , in this examination scoring is bit easy because there is no negative marking, also I would like to inform that during counseling you need to pay complete fee of first year and it can only be refunded before 3rd round , if you enter 3rd round amount won't be refunded and if you get any college in 1st round and then move to next round for upgradation then your seat of previous round will be cancelled automatically.
